Negatief: Voorzieningen, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Booked 3 rooms for 1 night as we were needing somewhere to stay overnight before continuing further up north, but there were a lot of things that went wrong.
To start, one of the rooms prior to checking in were left open. You would think that by adding the number of people staying per room, this would indicate how much toiletries to put in each room (towels, toothbrushes, etc.). This was not the case and we had to ask for additional towels for a room that is supposed to accommodate 4 people. Additionally, there were no towels in one of the rooms and no blankets in the other. We had to go down several times in the span of 2 hours to get these items from them. In the final attempt to get towels and blankets for the corresponding rooms, reception had told us the “housekeeping has confirmed that all rooms are complete” I have photos of both rooms with none of these items! To add insult to injury, none of the tvs had functioning channels in any of the rooms.
Although it was just a one night stay for us it was not the end of the world. However, I would not recommend booking an extended stay with them if this is how they treat their guests.
