Wonderful place to stay with kids. Location provided easy access to many of the activities we wanted to do. The condo itself was fantastic and equipped with everything we needed for a week's stay. The host was exceptional and started providing information and recommendations a week before our trip. This was incredibly helpful as we made last minute plans.

Location was excellent as we planned several excursion near by. The condo was very clean and cozy. Rules and information are clearly laid out for you. The private beach access was a huge plus. Our kids enjoyed playing basketball and sand volleyball. I felt very safe with security and gated Location. We will definitely book this place again.

Best rental in PR! Host was amazing, super informative regarding stay, surrounding activities and restaurants. Apartment was beautiful and very equipped with everything you needed. Beach was beautiful, warm. Pool temp was warm. Place is in safe area, surrounded by lots of resorts and apartments, security present at all times. I would definitely come back!

This was the perfect spot for our family trip to Puerto Rico! The condo was comfortable and spacious for our family of four. The beach was a very short walk, it took us less than five minutes and we were right there at the ocean. The condo had all the basics that were needed, and the host was very good about offering lots of advice about where to go for additional supplies as needed. In addition to the beach, this condo is in a great location if you want to visit el Yunque or take a day trip to Old San Juan. I would enthusiastically recommend staying here, and if I return to Puerto Rico in the future I would strongly consider staying here again.

The apartment was clean and functional and the host was very responsive. Good communications throughout the process. That said, the space is a bit dated, and the overall experience didn't quite match our expectations. The air conditioning units were fairly loud and there was a strong cleaning smell upon arrival that aggravated my asthma for the first 24 hours until it dissipated. The location is good -- but note you need a car to go anywhere. There are local restaurants suggested by the host that were awesome. Overall, the stay was fine, but not exceptional.

We had an amazing stay at this property! No complaints. We were super close to El Yunque, and Luquillo, and reasonable distance from the airport, Fajardo for snorkeling tour, and Ceiba for the ferry to Vieques. Lots of restaurants a short drive away from the condo.We LOVED the beach and were happy to have boogie boards, beach towels, sand toys, etc. Inside, the condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and it was clean and nice.We would definitely stay here again!

What a dream! Private beach, comfy condo and a terrific host. The condo was spacious and clean for our family of four and Peter was always accessible for questions or issues. He really helped us out when the faa closed airspace over the Carribean.

This couldn't have been a more perfect location as a base camp to relax, explore, and enjoy our trip to Puerto Rico. The Vereda Del Mar gated complex, bordering a natural preserve, is quiet and peaceful. We loved the out of the way location that was a short drive away from El Yunque, Luquillo, and other areas. With guards on duty 24/7, we always felt safe. The private beach, pool, and other amenities were excellent.

The property was very clean and it's equipped with everything you need and more. The host, Peter, has thought of everything to make your stay a home away from home. He has excellent communication and make several suggestions on where to eat and shop. We took advantage all of his suggestions and it made our stay more enjoyable because we weren't trying to figure things out. We knew exactly where to go to get the things we need. We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was as advertised. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The space was clean and well-appointed. There is a very short walk to the beach gate. It was quiet at night. We rented a car and easily drove to San Juan, Luquillo, and Fajardo. Highly recommend!

Clean comfortable stay.

We recently stayed at this condo and had an overall pleasant experience. The unit itself was clean, nicely decorated, and had modern, updated features. The kitchen was especially well-equipped, which made cooking during our stay very convenient. There was a cupboard in the kitchen filled with varies cooking staples which we very much appreciated. Each room had a ceiling fan which was really nice to have.However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The pool could have used more attention—there was visible sand on the bottom and some bugs and debris floating on the surface, which made it less enjoyable to use. Another issue was access: the condo provides a gate remote for entry, but on a few occasions we accidentally left it inside the unit. Unfortunately, the security guard was not at the gate which meant we had to wait for another resident to let us in. One time, I even had to walk all the way from the beach to let my daughters in. I hardly ever seen the day security guard at the gate. We were not the only ones that were inconvenienced by this. There were a couple times while we were at the pool that people would pull up and had to keep honking their horns to be let in. Despite these inconveniences, the condo itself was great and well-maintained. With a bit more attention to the pool and gate access, it would be a near-perfect stay.

It was okay

The condo was very clean but had a few issues that prevented a better rating. The kitchen light doesn't work, opening the blinds let light in to see but it was very stormy and dark during our stay. The water stopped working on third morning which is apparently a common issue as there were instructions to turn on the reserve. They must not be on a cistern because everything was flooding so definitely didn't run out of water. The beds and pillows were also not comfortable in our opinion. All 5 of us said the same. The fan in master bath was so loud sounds like it's about to go out. The beach was very dirty. Full of seaweed and logs and garbage, probably from the recent stormy weather but the complex definitely doesn't maintain it. None of us wanted to get in the water. The price is good for a family of five, if we had better weather we would have enjoyed the pool, tennis and basketball courts. We also had a power outage and the complex did have a generator to continue use of water which was appreciated, but nothing else. which is apparently a common

Beautiful and Quiet

We loved all of the amenities, including a clean and welcoming condo, large secluded beach, accessibility to other local attractions. The owner was prompt in communications. We would stay here again.
