There is no elevator.– Parking: No on-site parking, but free street parking is usually available nearby.– Electricity: Puerto Rico’s power grid can be unstable. Outages are rare, but flashlights and a battery fan are provided. There is no generator.– One exterior video doorbell camera is mounted at the front door; it records the entryway 24/7 for security/check-in verification only—no cameras inside or in private areas.We can’t wait to host you and share a piece of our Puerto Rican heritage.
