Welcome Home! This 4 bedroom , 2 baths home is your quiet and peaceful haven with the added ease and convenience of being centrally-located. Your family will have it all just a stone's throw from Freedom House San Juan. The best location 15 minutes from the Airport ? and 15 minutes from the beautiful beach of Isla Verde ?️. We are very close to the Mall of San Juan. Also very close to the Mall Plazas las Americas, El Morro, Condado and the T Mobile District.

The home looks small from the outside but it’s a cozy haven that can accommodate a large family of 10 and even 11 using the living room sofa which is the size of a twin bed when you remove the back pillows. Quiet, private, perfect home to unwind and rest after a day of sightseeing or visiting family.

No parties, only registered guests are permitted in the home. No loud music beyond 10pm

Check-Out: Check-Out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, lock the windows and doors and return the keys. The guest must pay for lost or unreturned keys.

No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the premises will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. If you break this rule, you will be forced to vacate the property immediately without the right to a refund.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property carries a $100 penalty charge.

Bed linen/towels: Sheets and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels must not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat on the bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.

Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary pads down the toilet. Use the trash container instead. Unclogging the emergency toilet will incur an additional charge.

Damage: The guest must pay for repairs in case of any damage to the property.
