Great spot!
First time in PR- this place was an awesome location. The only thing is it does get loud at night with traffic. The beach being in your backyard is clutch! So much better than any resort!

Condo was as advertised and just right for 2 people. Room was clean and comfortable, but for us, the beach access was the clincher! Step through the locked gate, and you are immediately on one of the most beautiful natural beaches ever! Highly recommended!

Condo was really nice
The condo was nice perfect for a couple. The AC worked really well! It was very clean and had everything you need with a grocery store right across the street. The private access to the beach was a plus! The parking is first come first serve but we always had a spot available. The condo next door is being remodeled and that was horrible we had to leave during the entire day because it was so loud and vibrates the whole condo.Probably shouldn’t rent while next door is under construction!The elevator is really sketchy and was broke one day.we mostly took the 7 flights of stairs but that got exhausting. The stairwell is open to the outside so one day it was raining and windy and we woke up to an inch deep of water covering the ENTIRE condos floor. We used the towels and mop to clean it up and Rosa sent someone to bring new towels. So be aware if the rain is blowing this is a possibility! Also even though it’s a beach property make sure not to bring sand into the condo. One of the demands is no sand in condo if you want your security deposit back. There is an outside shower area. My husband and I didn’t swim just walked on the beach and still tracked sand and needed to sweep several times.The building is old and run down but Overall the condo itself is new and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The property owner communicated well with me. The room was neat and conducive for rest and quiet times. The beach is nearby and you are within walking distance from the grocery store and restaurants.

Great service
We had a great stay. Communication was awesome and owner was very accommodating. She was very attentive and helped make our stay enjoyable. Apartment was clean and location was awesome. Only suggestion would be to provide at least two beach chairs and a swivel TV mount so you can watch from bed. I would rent this location again.

Dear Denisse, I apologize for not having the two chairs. Unfortunately the previous guest had an accident and broke the other chair. We already bought a Nautica instead of the Bahamas, as we did not find it again. I will have the swivel mount for the tv for your next visit, promise! Great space
This place is perfect for its location being next to the beach. Good views from the 7th floor. The place is clean and comfortable, they have everything you need for the beach. One issue I have is the traffic noise. A lot of honking and loud music from the street. If you're used to that, it's not a problem. This is just a part of being near a popular area.

Incredible vacation
My daughter and i had the very best of times. The section of beach behind the condo is worth the trip all by itself. I usually try a new location each trip. But this would be the first time I'm planning on returning to the same place. Absolutely love it!!! Thank you Rosa for sharing your home.

Kids and I spend 7 days in lovely Peurto Rico. Our host Rosa was amazing- she has been fast in communication, provided all items (I kindly ask her if she has any sand toys for my son and she got him brand new items to play with). Any requests I have asked was met by Rosa :) Rosa personally called me and warned me about current ocean condition and possible strong waves that could be dangerous. She mentioned few other spots and suggestions- which I greatly appreciated her attention to weather condition. We had great time thank you Rosa :)

Great location for a quick getaway
My wife and I really enjoyed the central location of Rosa’s flat. Literally feet to the beach for a morning walk or quick drive to some of the best spots in Puerto Rico. The flat was nice and accommodated our needs. When we had questions about check in, Rosa was terrific to work with. A definite stay here when we come back. Thank you!!

Updated location
7C is a great location that boasted updated accommodations. Many new improvements have been done to the property that are not accurately described in the listing. The location is perfect for a single person or small family (I would say no more than 3 people). The beach is readily accessible and literally steps away. The host Rosa was amazing with communication and met and exceeded all my needs expeditiously! I will be sure to stay at this location when I return. I forgot to mention that all your shopping needs are a minutes walk away. Great location overall!

I didnt give it a 5 just because property is under renovations i believe..other than that it was a great distance to the beach which is why i got this room. Room was very clean and it basicly had everything i needed for my stay. Didnt have any issues or problems at..super market was right across the street..that was great!

This was an amazing stay! The host communicated with quickly. Condo was clean, easy access into building and to the beach. The only the complaint was the shade was to thin, light shined thru at 6am, the thinness made me fell the building over could see my every move.. lol. But overall amazing so amazing to be in Puerto Rico for our furst time

Great manager, place needs some updating
First, the manager Rosa was amazing with communication. The first day we some how lost our keys and were locked IN the apartment. The property manager was there first thing in the a.m. with new keys. The new set of keys did NOT work. It locked our cab inside the gate which was a HUGE issue, but in the morning we got new keys once again. The beach is literally the backyard which was amazing. The apartment is in ROUGH condition, they are updating it so I understand. The inside is TINy. Barely big enough for 2 people but it worked. Wish there was a blankly for the futon, which was very comfortable but we made do. The covers on the bed had some stains which was off putting because I'm still unsure if it was makeup or blood. Overall the apartment was clean. She provided towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and hand soap to wash your hands. No other issues. Great for the price

Dear Katie I am sorry of your mishappenings. I would have sent you a blanket as well. I surely hope you come again to PR and stay with us. This coming August when the building is completely painted, we will start remodeling our studio apartment with a different setting. I will send you photos of the new look. It was perfect for what i needed. I was in a wedding within walking distance. There was a supermarket open 24 hours across the street. The beach was clean, the neiborhood was quiet (I live in a similarly populated area). I just needed a quiet place to change, sleep and shower and this was perfect.

4021 Isla verde did not appear to be safe on any level. Extremely difficult to enter the property with the combination lock. Exposed wiring. A bucket was used to catch water leaking in the walkway.

This was a perfect location for us. There was a beach right outside the complex passed the gate. This spot at the beach had trees where we could hang out in the shade. The location was exactly what we wanted. I sat at the beach for hours. The property provides two chairs for sitting at the beach and there is a rudimentary kitchen available.

When you first get to the property you can tell it is older and under going some repairs. It has a great location if you have a rental car. It centrally located to the rain forest and San Juan. Which worked out perfect for us. There are three very good restaurants near by Mexican, Italian and Pizza. There were some issues, but nothing major. We had to take the stairs on day one because the lift wasn’t working, but it was fixed the next day. Overall it is exactly what I thought it would be a nice place to sleep. We spent very little time there as there is so much to do on the island.

Comfortable, Inexpensive Place to Stay
Really enjoyed our stay here! I will note that the apartment is more like an extended stay hotel room or a dorm room with a kitchen vs a real apartment, but it suited our needs just fine (two adults, one toddler). Pros: -Apartment is clean and comfortable -Apartment has everything you need -Great price -On the beach -Supermarket across the street -Restaurants within walking distance -Kind and responsive hosts -Close to the airport -Free parking on site -Apartment complex is gated -Right off of the highway (easy access) Cons: -Right off of the highway (traffic can get loud) -Shower water (temperature only ranges from cold to lukewarm and the pressure is low) -Building is rather old (but they appear to be renovating it) Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. One word of advice - be sure to check the cabinets before you buy groceries! Chances are they are already stocked with coffee, spices and unopened boxed food/canned goods. We didn't check first before buying groceries and realized afterward that the cabinets already contained several full shakers of salt, pepper, cooking oil, unopened boxed food, etc! We could've saved money!

Location is perfect. Right on the beach. Place is old, but clean. Has everything you need. Great for couple. Beach is not crowdy. Supermarket across a street. We just did not like that cars driving loud during the night time. Everything else was great. Manager is very friendly and easy to communicate.

For a reasonable price you can stay right on the beach. The apartment has all the amenities we needed for our stay. It may not be the fanciest place but it was clean and very secure and served our needs just fine.

Great location But building older
Overall my husband and I had a great week but understand it was just us and we rented a car and spent the whole time exploring the island. We literally just came home to shower and eat. The building is older and in need of TLC so was a little thrown back by it visually opposed to pics posted. Rosa was a great communicator and everything was clear and easy which was nice. The room is clean and you have everything you need again definitely not a 5 star hotel so don’t go in with those expectations. You get what you pay for but again if you’re not spending a lot of time there I rather spend our money exploring. Overall, we had what we needed and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great place, great rate!
Honestly when i arrived, for the look of the built i thought what I have done!?, But when i got into the apt it was very nice. The place was super clean, and good size. It provides all you need. The view from the window is stunning.y only problem was a little fight with the Second gate to the beach, is very tricky to open. Besides that it was a great stay, planning to go back withy kids.

This was a pleasant stay! The apartment is as described! Cozy and right at the foot of the beach! You have direct access to the beach in your backyard and you're extra secure as the building is gated! Even the door to your apartment is gated, which is great for added security. I met a few residents in the building, who were very friendly, including the maintenance guy always bumping his Salsa while working! The people in Puerto Rico in general were friendly! As for the service on the apartment, Jannelle was very attentive throughout! She even gave a courtesy call to warn us of a potential tropical storm. The apartment had pretty much everything you'd need. Don't be fooled by the appearance of the building, this is a very well kept, nice place to stay! I absolutely recommend this stay! You won't be able to find a better quality hotel stay for this price! It's right in the center of San Juan and everything including Old San Juan is within shouting distance!
