We zijn in topvorm na orkaan Maria. We hebben kracht en water. We hebben veel verbeteringen aangebracht! We hebben alle ramen vervangen, ons huis van binnen / buiten geverfd, ventilatoren vervangen, nieuwe A / C in alle slaapkamers, nieuw woonkamermeubilair, nieuw kingsize bed in master en meest opwindende - we hebben een 15 "x 30" in- geïnstalleerd grond, zout water ONEINDIG ZWEMBAD!

Breng uw vakantie ontspannen door in een ruime woning met 4 slaapkamers, volledige airco en genoeg ruimte voor iedereen om comfortabel te zijn. Zeer geschikt voor grote families / groepen! Goed onderhouden PRIVATE HOME (niet condo), gevestigd in Hacienda Margarita - een mooie gated community met 24 uur beveiliging. Gelegen tussen Luquillo en Fajardo. Een spectaculair uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan en El Yunque Rain Forest. 5 minuten rijden naar verschillende spectaculaire stranden (waaronder verschillende surfstranden). WI-FI en basiskabel.

Deze 2400 sq ft huis heeft twee prachtige balkons, waarvan één overdekt, de ander met 800 vierkante voet van de ruimte en een buitendouche om af te spoelen na een dag op het strand!

Dit huis is de perfecte locatie om alle activiteiten van Puerto Rico te genieten. De gemeenschap is rustig en vredig. Ongewoon groot huis partijen voor Puerto Rico biedt privacy en rust. Kijken naar de cruiseschepen langs tijdens de avond. Geniet van alle watersporten tijdens de dag en daarna thuiskomen om te ontspannen op het dek!

This home was spectacular and Connie was the best host I’ve ever experienced. The views of the rainforest and ocean are incredible along with the yard for teen boys to run and play. The home itself had lots of areas to congregate and get privacy. As others have mentioned it was incredibly well stocked with kitchen items, toys, outdoor items and supplies like detergent and first aid kits. We also loved the location and neighborhood. I’d return in a heartbeat!

Absolutely Perfect

I cannot say enough about our stay in Luquillo at Connie’s rental. The location was close to literally everything we wanted to do and a short easy drive to the airport. The house has every amenity you could imagine from an abundance of beach towels, floaters and even a yoga mat! The bed was so comfortable, the views were incredible and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely book this property! Can’t wait toBe back again!

Awesome house!

The house is absolutely stunning and has all the essentials and family type will need. The pool and outdoor dining area are the highlights of the home. The beds were all extremely comfortable and nice and cool with each having their own AC unit. I will definitely book here again.

Just returned from an amazing stay at Connie’s home in PR. The house is absolutely beautiful and the views breathtaking. Connie is a wonderful host, very responsive to any questions we had, even FaceTimed us to help with a TV issue! The home is stocked with everything you could ever need for an amazing stay. 2024 family vacation to PuertoRico

The house was beautiful, great setup. It had everything. Plenty of space for our large group and safe neighborhood. The host had everything needed at the home. Plenty of activities on the Property and many supplies for the beach as well. Just wish they were less strict with not parties. Should allow families get togethers. Connie the host was always communicated when needed. Besides that they are a wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful property and host!

Connie was a terrific communicator from the very beginning and clearly invested in ensuring we had a great experience. And we sure did! The house and kitchen are better appointed than any in our experience and nothing is lacking. (Eg Vitamix, lots of beach towels, boogie boards, etc.) The home is so comfortable in every way, and the pool was such a treat. There is also a larger lap pool in the complex which was an unexpected bonus. The location was ideal for us with outstanding beaches and hikes. Would highly recommend! Thanks, Connie!

Great stay over the holidays!

The owner Connie is fantastic to communicate with and quick to respond. She provided information on activities, beaches, dining, etc. The house was very clean and spacious, the outdoor table and patio area provide a great spot to hang out by the pool. This is the most stocked kitchen of any rental I’ve stayed in, plus yard games, towels, coolers, high chair, pack and play etc. This was a great choice for our family of 5 (4 adults, 1 baby), we would absolutely stay again! We worked with chef Mari Blanca who lives in the neighborhood for some great meals she provided, highly recommended!

My family loved our vacation at this house. The view is spectacular and we loved the house with more than enough room and lots of places to relax. We enjoyed the pool table too. Fantastic house and VIEW!

A group of four women friends and I stayed at this house for a week. I am SO glad we chose this place! It was very comfortable for us all. The highlights for us were: 1) the view is so stunning and peaceful. Mountains on one side, ocean on the other. Doesn’t get much better. We spent way more time than we’d planned relaxing around the pool/ outdoor lounging area because it was so zen and beautiful. 2) the owner Connie was fantastically responsive and helpful. She has the house outfitted to provide everything we needed- including TP, laundry detergent, hand soaps, coffee, etc etc. A lot of rental homes make you shop for these things yourself and I so appreciate when they are all provided so that you can go straight into vacation mode, instead of having to go get all this stuff. Really top-notch service from her. 3) the location- super convenient to multiple beautiful beaches, great food, sights like El Yunque and bioluminescence kayaking, and of course SJU (45 min drive). You do need a rental car around this area but the driving is easy. I used acqui coqui for our rental and had a great experience with them. We came back so relaxed and happy with our vacation. Highly recommend this spot and would love to come back!!
