Warme zeewind met uitzicht op het zwembad en het strand. Lichte schoonmaak en linnenservice om de drie dagen is wat u zult genieten in onze junior studio met 1 slaapkamer op Condado Beach. Het appartement ligt aan Ashford Avenue, op loopafstand van geweldige restaurants, bars, supermarkten, hotels en casino's. 15 min van Luis Munoz International Airport, 10 min naar Old San Juan, 40 min naar El Yunque. Directe toegang tot het strand, verwarmd zwembad, fitnessruimte, speelkamer, tennisbaan. 24/7 beveiliging. Ons frisse en lichte Cabana-appartement op de tweede verdieping biedt plaats aan 4 personen. U vindt een tweepersoonsbed in het gedeeltelijk gescheiden slaapgedeelte en een slaapbank voor twee personen in de woonruimte. Alle beddengoed, kussens en handdoeken zijn aanwezig. Wij bieden lichte schoonmaakservice, evenals beddengoed en handdoeken om de 3 dagen tijdens uw verblijf! We bieden ook strandlakens, strandstoelen en een koeler! U heeft toegang tot het gehele appartement, evenals het verwarmde zwembad en de tennisbaan. 24/7 toegang tot de sportschool en de speelkamer. 24/7 toegang voor noodsituaties of problemen. This apartment was just right for two people. It is small, but comfortable (the bed was particularly comfortable) and well laid out. The kitchen is very small, so maybe not the best if you intend to do some serious cooking (which we did not). Note the original balcony has been enclosed and turned into a dining area. This is convenient, but also means there is no private outdoor space (if that's important to you). Everything was clean and the complex was quiet and friendly. Great access to the pool and pool area, and direct access to the beach. The beach chairs and towels in the apartment were a nice touch. Location is fantastic - walkable to so many things. And it seemed like a good value for the price, compared to other accommodations in the neighborhood. We will definitely consider staying here again.

"I recently stayed at KASA Galicia by the Sea and had a great experience overall. The apartment was very clean, modern, and offered an excellent location—it is truly accessible to everything you might need during your stay. The only downside to note is the parking situation. Although 'parking' is listed under popular amenities, upon check-in, you are notified that there is no onsite parking and all spaces are private. If you are traveling with a car, be prepared to look for offsite options. Aside from that, it’s a wonderful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it for its cleanliness and prime location!

Was a really nice experience. Apt was clean and easy to access. Has nice restaurants and grocery store nearby. Pretty accessible to all things. Huge pool directly out your door with a beautiful beach just behind it. Public busses that are free are only a couple blocks away and we tried scooters which are always parked outside the facility and they helped reduce travel time for shorter distance activities. If you plan to do laundry. Bring 5 bills. Staff was great and friendly

Extraordinary Boutique Style & Cozy Accommodation

KASA Galicia is all and more that you can expect from a VRMO host. Peter delivers not only extraordinary service but with the most personal touch. His team is top in communicating and responding on a speedy way. I was treated and felt like if I was a Resident rather than a guest. EVERYBODY was very polite and friendly EVERYDAY! from the door man, to the parking Gate Attendant. I needed to be close to Presby ( the local Hospital ) and the location provided me with that and much more than I was looking for. Did I mentioned the size of the Pool? I'm looking forward to return so I can enjoy every single of the amenities that this property can offer. Thank you Peter!

plesant stay

This is an older property but is very clean. I arrived shortly after the latest hurricane and while there was no electricity for the first few days everyone managed. The property manager stayed in touch with me to make sure everything was ok. The local restaurants were open - all had generators, the grocery store was open and the busses were running so I was fine. I've stayed in this complex before and went back because the location is great and I particularly like the pool.

Safe, clean place to stay

Pros: - Great location. Walking distance to everything (supermarket, restaurants, drug stores, souvenir shops, etc.) - Short walk to the beach. - Uber is available and drivers are familiar with the area. - Bed is comfy and condo is decorated nicely. - Disposable masks and hand sanitizer are provided. - Neighboring rooms are quiet. - Peter is quick to respond to questions/concerns. Cons: - The condo has a few quirks (toilet sounds like a jackhammer at random times) and the main building (Condado del Mar) is a huge eye sore (not pictured in original post) and is a rental complex. - Towel and linen change is NOT available despite saying so in original posting. - Storing luggage in the condo's mini-market for last day excursions is NOT guaranteed and Condado del Mar staff are not helpful. We happened to find a last minute place off-site (Condado Tourism Center) for $10. - Light does filter into the condo despite having blinds and the surrounding streets are noisy at night. We used a white noise app to drown it out. Overall, you get what you pay for. This is not a luxury condo, but it is clean, a safe place to sleep within walking distance to everything.
