Luquillo Beach - Puerto Rico, vakantievilla met 4 slaapkamers, zwembad en WiFi

Spectaculair 3000 sf huis met zwembad, basketbalveld en zonneterras met uitzicht op de oceaan naar het strand van Luquillo en de bergen naar het regenwoud van El Yunque.

Deze vakantie villa eigendom is 3 kwart van een acre en is gelegen in een prive dubbele gated community met 24-uurs beveiliging. Het huis is een 4 slaapkamer met een kingsize bed in de slaapkamer met een 50 inch televisie, Queen size bedden in kamer nummer 2 en 3, en een stapelbed (Full / Twin) in de 4e slaapkamer. De familiekamer heeft een queensize slaapbank en een eenpersoonsbedbank / futon in de achterkamer. Elke kamer in het huis is uitgerust met A / C. De villa heeft een open terras op de begane grond met een eettafel voor 8 gasten. De familiekamer is uitgerust met een 60 inch LED 4K-televisie. De achterkamer is uitgerust met een 43-inch televisie met een Xbox One-spelsysteem (2 controllers) en verschillende spellen. De villa is uitgerust met kabel-tv, 150 mps wifi en draadloze luidspreker. Achtertuin heeft een 15x30 niervormig zwembad met verlichtingssysteem en BBQ-grill met propaantank. Het buitenterrein beschikt ook over een houtskool / houtgestookte BBQ-tuinhaard en wasstation. Het zwembad heeft een buitenbadkamer met buitendouche.

De villa in resort-stijl heeft een volledig uitgeruste granieten bovenkeuken met volledig gevuld keukengerei en roestvrijstalen apparaten. De wasruimte heeft een wasmachine en droger. Het huis is uitgerust met een 600 liter reservetank en wordt geleverd met warm water.

De villa is gelegen in het noordoosten van Puerto Rico en ligt op enkele minuten afstand van het prachtige strand Luquillo en het regenwoud El Yunque. Andere nabijgelegen toeristenplekken zijn Bio Bay Fajardo, The Famous Kiosks of Luquillo en Seven Seas Beach. Vieques en Culebra zijn bereikbaar met de nabijgelegen veerboten of luchtvervoer. De golfbaan El Conquistador en Rio Mar Golf Culb bevinden zich binnen 15 minuten.

Slechte staat van onderhoud

Voor een dergelijke woning met een dergelijke tarief verwacht je niet dat het plafond lekt, de koelkast gedeeltelijke niet werkt, het hele huis vochtig is van binnen en dat de verf van de muren los komt. Daarnaast hadden we lost van ongedierte (kakkerlakken). Dit nog los van het feit dat de totale inrichting oud is, XBOX zitten geen opladers in, wc's zijn zeer oud en vies, zelfde voor de wastafels, etc. De locatie is perfect, de omgeving is goed, echter dit huis was jaren geleden waarschijnlijk een top villa, maar nu niet meer.

Family Bad Bunny Trip. The house is as described. It doesn’t disappoint. The basketball court was a plus & yes it’s in the backyard. A private pool and huge backyard perfect for entertaining everyone. All the adults had their own comfortable rooms with ac. It is close to activities, shopping, restaurants, and quick drive to San Juan. Would stay again

There were 10 of us who stayed for 10 days. Wonderful location. Close to restaurants, stores, El Yunque, and a short 30-35 min drive to the city. The house was beautiful inside, safe neighborhood, 2 gates to get in, etc.

Wonderful Stay

This place was wonderful with the property located in a gated community. The property had such character, the host thought of everything possible to have a delightful stay! It was hard taking the kids away from the pool and basketball court located in the backyard. The check-in instructions were great, the property is in a good location and the communication was great with a quick turn around for answers. The only thing I would suggest is touch up paint and sanding some of the walls to remove the little eye sores because this place was like a little gift in its own and touching up those few suggestions would be the beautiful bow to add the finishing touch on the gift! The eye sores would not stop me from visiting again but it would be nice to see it more polished because it is such a beautiful property. I also kept in mind the island has been victim to many storms and I know it is a process so I didn't take away from my review I just wanted to suggest. We were a group of 3 adults and 4 children and there was more than enough space! The host truly knew how to situate the rooms in the house to take advantage of the space. This was a wonderful visit and thanks for the great family time and memories! See you soon!

Wonderful villa for our family vacation

This villa provided a peaceful location for our family to relax after day trips to Old San Juan, Luquillo beach, and El Yunque National Forest. There were nearby bars and dining options, coffee shops, and grocery store. The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped. The balcony and upper patio area provided a view of the ocean. The pool was wonderful and the basketball court was unexpected. The outdoor lawn areas was expansive - we wished we had packed our kubb game.

Disappointed

In a short summary, this property is beautiful but unfortunate. It’s rundown and has a lot of water damage within the house and it seems the owner is not keeping it up. When it rain water will come through the windows. At the end, we have some issues with bedbugs which are we dealing with now. When I bought it to the owners attention about the leaks, all he said was yeah we record the windows. It’s so sad because the property is beautiful, but we paid a good amount of money to stay here so please disregard this property when you’re renting in luquillo.

Mom's 70th in an awesome place

We had a wonderful time - stayed there in early September. Absolutely gorgeous property - very close to everything. Pool was clean and fun. Beach was so close as well. Felt completely safe (gated community) and had a wonderful experience! Would definitely recommend and revisit next time I'm in PR. Thanks :-)

Need improvement

The house is nice and spacious but needs a little work. The paint for some walls are peeling off ( looks like mold) and the pool wasn’t clean. Even though we enjoyed our stay and had a great time in family. I will definitely come back.

The House was in a great location close to the kiosk, beach and rainforest. Beautiful view and very comfortable. Only thing to be aware of is some of the locals make it a point to let us know we weren't welcome so dining out chose wisely.

Beautiful property

We loved this property, especially the back yard!! Beautiful and huge with activities to keep everyone in our group happy. We didn’t spend much time inside but it was clean and spacious and worked well for us. Somethings are a little rundown but only cosmetically. We also loved the location. It was easy to get to restaurants and grocery stores, the beach and the airport. Would highly recommend to a group who loves spending time outdoors!!

Absolutely incredible rental property

Juan, first things, first. We had a great time at your Luquillo property. We usually take our family vacations at the beach. This was the first time we have taken our annual PR family vacation off-beach. We felt totally safe inside a dual gated community. We were very impressed with the owner’s response to a minor maintenance issue, he had it taken care of immediately. The house was fully equipped with everything we could have needed and more. When we weren’t exploring the countryside, we lounged by the beautiful pool or just enjoyed the quietness of the terraces. Our totally enjoyable, week long experience, was mostly due to the location and all the facilities/amenities available at your Pitahaya property. The location was perfect. It gave us access to numerous interesting places to visit/explore. We went to 3 different beaches, El Yunque Rainforest, Ziplining and Hacienda Chocolat where we toured an “Eco” cacao farm. We would not hesitate to recommend this rental property to everyone we know!! Thanks Juan for your outstanding support and help!!

Birthday trip well spent

We rented this house to celebrate my mothers 65th birthday. There were 5 women, 3 over 50. Overall the house was lovely. It is in a great little gated community. Easy to find via google maps. Very close to stores, the beach, the kiosks and other restaurants. For our needs we may have changed some things a bit. There are 3 TVs but the ones in common areas aren’t really set up for gathering. The water pressure in the showers was fairly nonexistent but the water got hot so that’s a plus. The tile floors could have used a few rugs as they are cold. The room with the bunk beds could use bit of a rethink. As an adult I couldn’t sit up on the bottom bunk. I’m 5’5 but still too tall. I think even if it were two twins but seperate it would have been more comfortable HOWEVER the master bedroom is massive and the balcony off it is beautiful. The covered dining outside is also lovely. The pool though small is GREAT to have. We spent a lot of time sun bathing and taking quick dips in the pool. Could use an extra lounger and we bought a new pool floaty and left it for the next guests. I would absolutely happily stay at this home again. It was easy communicating with the owner. It was an easy drive from the airport. The community was quiet except for the birds and the frogs. Iguanas will come hang out by the pool so don’t freak out. Overall it was a great time and price for value was spot on.

Lovely home

We had a great vacation in Luquillo. House was in lovely, safe neighborhood within a short drive to beaches, rainforest, Fajardo (where many exciting tours began), supermarket, restaurants. Favorite areas on property was beautiful outdoor verandas (upper and lower), pool, enormous backyard. We were an extended family of ten.
