Excellent Location and Studio
This unit is at the heart of all the action in El Condado, with security 24hrs. Walking distance to shops, market, restaurants, the beach and hotel/casinos. Whatever you are looking for this will be your studio. if you want to just relax and have a good time, just stay at the balcony with the magnificent views of San Juan. I personally stayed with my wife until 2:00am almost every night just talking and relaxing, I am already missing it. The communication with the owner is great, simple to check in and out instructions. I will be back to this studio.

Out of all the years we have stayed at vacation homes, Jacqueline was by far our most gracious host. She genuinely cared that we had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico. The building is quiet, the neighborhood is safe, walkable, close to restaurants and grocery stores, and is within a block of the nearest beach. Great rental!!!

Amazing high floor property. Very well maintained. Quick 15-20 minute ride from the airport. Neighborhood is quite touristy but there are plenty of restaurants with local charm. 2 minute walk to the beach. Jacqueline’s communication and follow up were great. The whole experience was seamless, will definitely stay here again!

I can’t even explain how clean this condo is, the view is breathtaking! I was so skeptical about booking Jacqueline condo bc of the no cancellation policy, however I am so glad I did! I will definitely recommend and if I go back I will book with Jacqueline again!! I love it!!! Everything is walking distance, no need to rent a car! So many places to eat and there’s even casinos across the street! Don’t look just book!

Great efficiency condo. All we needed to have a comfortable stay. Great location, close to restaurants and near Old San Juan. Property Manager was very helpful with instructions for checking in and suggestions for restaurants and coffee shops. We had a great time.

Nice condo with a view
This condo was just as described and had great views. It was a good location we were minutes from the beach and a short Uber ride to old San Juan. Communication with the host was easy and efficient and she answered any questions we had. It was a perfect place for just my husband and I for the week in San Juan.

My husband and I stayed here for the first week of our honeymoon and had a great time. We loved the views from the unit and felt the location couldn’t be better! Beautiful apartment in perfect location.
This apartment is wonderful, on the 22nd floor and the views over the water are perfect, especially with coffee first thing in the morning. Everything is very clean, there is a full kitchen and comfortable bed. The location is quite central, Old San Juan is a bit of walk (but Uber is quite cheap!). Quite easy to reach from the airport, too. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The building is also quite secure, with a doorman and keys needed for entry. A great base for San Juan!

Very convenient
I really enjoyed my stay here. The view was to die for. It was convenient to the beach, restaurants and stores. CVS and Walgreens were very close and Walmart and the grocery store were a $5 Uber ride or a short walk. The owner genuinely seemed to want me to enjoy my stay. She was very kind. The pool was nice, there was a laundry and a gym. I would definitely come back. The TV had a huge amount of available channels. I was very comfortable.

The property was decent for the value and had a nice view. I initially emailed via VRBO to see if we could check in early and did not hear a response, so had to directly text the owner for a response. Upon getting to the floor of the property, the first thing I smelled was marijuana, which was a common daily ritual from the neighbor down the hall. It was nice that we had a kitchen to make breakfast every day, but the large pan was not the greatest as the eggs constantly stuck to it. The bed was not the most comfortable. The bathroom was small and made for shorter people. Some of the bath washclothes were supposed to be white but gray from being used multiple times, and worn out and torn. The shower had draining issues, and our last day there the toilet lid screw busted; however, I made sure to take a photo of the lid and sent it to the owner. Dining room chairs were outdated and worn out. My husband and I had to do work on occasion sitting at the dining room table. We noticed that when we sat in them they were not the sturdiest and made cracking noises when we sat in them, but we did not think to check the chairs. We made sure to follow the check out instructions provided by the owner, and went above and beyond to vacuum before we left to ensure there was no sand from the beach. I received a text video from the owner of a video of a broken chair, which I was unaware of and as mentioned did not think to check. We were charged $200 for damage to an old and cheap chair.

Great location so you have access to all the nearest restaurants in Condado. Centrally located yet you don’t have to deal with all the noises because the unit is on the 22nd floor. It has a beautiful view of the city and ocean. The unit is clean and modern. It has everything you need, fridge, microwave, cooktop and oven. Walk-in closet has plenty of room for your stuff. The bathroom is clean. The bed is spacious and firm enough for my liking. The TV and AC is perfectly positioned so you can relax in comfort. Would highly recommend this place!

Perfect Honeymoon Getaway

Amazing Stay!!
We only stayed in this rental for one night, as we wanted something close to the airport for our last night on vacation, however, our experience was perfect. The host, Jacqueline, was very responsive with all communication. This apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and the view was beyond amazing. The staff (security & cleaning) were very friendly & helpful, as well. Pictures absolutely did not define the actual breathtaking view from the balcony. There could literally be postcard images made from here. We had a rental car, so we were able to take advantage of the underground parking garage. On that note, my only comment is that if using this part of the facility, be aware that the parking spaces are tight, so larger vehicles may be challenging to park. I would highly recommend this rental and will most certainly stay again when visiting San Juan.

Condado perfection!
What a wonderful experience from booking to stay! The apartment is beautiful with breath taking views of all of condado and beyond. VERY clean apartment, Beach towels and tote available along with well equipped kitchen. Very comfy bed, AC works beautifully when you don't want the cross breeze with both sliders and windows open with the ceiling fan. Can't say enough about how easy it was to get to everything. I'd 100% rent again for myself and/or with a partner. Only downside was the curfew for San Juan but that was not their fault! Thanks! -Steve

Absolutely wonderful space.
My friend and I celebrated my 60th birthday here. The space is beautiful and spotless. The owner exhibited such wonderful hospitality and even recognized us in mask as we were walking to breakfast one morning giving us recommendations for other places to try for breakfast. The view from this apartment is amazing and there was plenty of room in the closets for us to hang and store all of our clothes outside of the suit case (we had lots of clothing and shoes). The swimming pool was pristine and quite - wish we had more time to spend there. During covid it is important to feel safe and we certainly did. The lobby was well appointed and the desk staff was very helpful and kind. I will definitely stay here again when I return to San Juan. Don't let the fact that it is not directly on the beach stop you from choosing this place. The walk is short to the beach and the quality of the space and location make that short walk of no concern. Thank you Jacqueline so much for our wonderful experience.

I'm very familiar with the Condado area as I've lived there in the past, this location is right in the middle of it all. The building is well appointed with a nice pool, laundry facilities and gym (that could use a bit of updating). Our condo was exactly as pictured and described. Our host was very easy to communicate with and replied to me within minutes when we had a little hiccup with the garage opener. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to others!
