Best host I have had direct contact allowed for a seamless check in process and check out. Great list of activities to do around the island as well as excellent food suggestions. Place is clean and comfortable with a excellent view of the beach as well as walking distance to beach.

Excellent place to stay

This place is cute and was very clean when we checked in. It looks just as it does in the photos. It's well located with multiple restaurants and some shops being just a short walk away. The balcony is equipped with multiple comfortable pieces to sit on or lay in and simply relax. The instructions regarding the lock box with the keys to the apartment aren't clear. However, the owner is SUPER responsive and always replied within minutes of me reaching out. They even went so far as to retrieve a couple items I left behind and ship them back to me. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and this space. We hope to return and highly recommend.

Perfect location for beach and food

We LOVED the balcony overlooking the ocean. We loved walking the beach and playing in the waves as well as the the little river that flows into the ocean. There were a lot of gates & keys to figure out how to get in and out, but we did feel very safe the whole time. The pool & hot tub were not open the whole time we were there but there was no sign to explain why. One of the elevators was not functioning, either. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. And we couldn't have asked for a better location!

Spring Break Getaway

Our 3 night stay was amazing at this property. Family of 4, 3 year old and 5 year old. Pull out sofa in the main living area is where the kids slept, the loved the idea that the couch turned into their bed. AC worked great in both the main room and the bedroom. Location was very convenient for getting to the rain forest, balneario monserrate (perfect beach for children), and the kioskos. The host was very responsive via text and very accommodating when we arrived into Puerto Rico, making our check in process a breeze. Parking was 100% as described in the listing and was offered parking very near to the main entrance. The building layout and parking situation took just a little time to figure out but was not bad. 100% would recommend.

Amazing view!

The view and the beach are beautiful. The check in process was confusing and complicated. Getting from the parking garage to the apartment is very confusing and took us a day to figure out. The apartment was not cleaned when we arrived but Rafael refunded us and had a cleaner there the next morning. Getting to the beach from the building was also confusing and the gate was very hard to work. None of this was explained anywhere so it took exploring and trying different things to figure a lot of things out. The pool was not open at all during our stay. Rafael said it was because they were fixing the ceiling but we never saw anyone working, just the pool entrance blocked off. The common areas of the building were run down. The apartment was ok. The shower did not work well. Both AC units worked great! Having a washer and dryer was nice.The bed was ok. The sheets and towels were old and worn.Luquillo is beautiful but next time I would pay more for a different place to stay.

Great condo with a view

First, the owner, Rafael was fantastic! He texted me the day before we were to arrive to welcome us and called to make sure we got to the condo without any issues. He is very kind and helpful. The condo was perfect for me and my husband. It is an older building but has been updated. Clean and had all the basics. The view is the best!! Love listening to the waves. The place is very secure and security was also helpful and nice. There are restaurants and bars that you can easily walk to and not too far from San Juan. Also close to the rainforest. Can’t wait to go back!

Luquillo beachfront stay

This condo has all you need for a perfect oceanfront stay! Rafael was responsive and extremely helpful in navigating the check in process. Our AC unit was not working and we had a new one installed the next day! There are so many restaurants within walking distance which was ideal! The view is spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!
