This apartment is located at Marbella Del caribe Oeste , one of the most wanted condominiums in Isla verde. This condo apartment has a walk out balcony with an unobstructed 180 Degree ocean view!
cozy one bedroom has a king size bed, a living room with a full couch and a recliner for you to lean back and listen to the ocean waves with an spectacular view All comfy furniture!!!!! 2 flat screen TVs / DVD with 250 high speed wireless internet, central air conditioning, new stainless steel outdoor furniture. Also includes outside playground for children and BBQ area for friends and family.

Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, and everything you need to feel at home. Complimentary assigned parking space underground you can rent a lounger and umbrella right at the beach for $10 a day.

The entire property is gated, there is direct access to the beach through a secured gate, using a key fob. THE BEACH IS YOUR BACK YARD!!!! Pool is amazing!!! adult / kids pool combo so, the family can be together at all time for fun in the sun☀️☀️ pool is gate as well for safety, so children can’t have access without an adult.

This spot is absolutely perfect! The photos in the listing don’t give justice to the breathtaking view from the balcony. Property is incredibly well maintained and in a safe and quiet neighborhood away from the main tourist areas. We will be coming again!

Great location. Easy uber ride from the airport. Check in was easy. No problems getting into the condo. Easy beach access, we spent every day out there and beach towels were supplied along with a cooler. Rented a beach umbrella every day from vendor on beach. The condo had all the supplies we needed to have a few meals at home. We appreciated not having to buy toilet paper, paper towels and coffee. Pueblo grocery store was walkable too. Walgreens and several places to eat nearby. But the greatest thing of all was the view from the deck, we spent our mornings and evenings out there. We would love to come back.

Great location on the beach, parking garage with elevators that take you directly to the 14th floor, close to the airport, walking distance to restaurants/stores. The condo itself was very clean and cozy for our needs. Small balcony off the living room to relax and watch the ocean and all the happenings on the beach. Kitchen is very small but well stocked. No dishwasher, so hand washing is necessary. No washer/dryer in the unit either; they are in another area of the building. The host was very responsive to any and all questions we had. The lobby of the building is going through remodeling, so access to the beach/pool area required walking outside and around the end of the building. Not a big deal for us but if someone has mobility issues, it would be a struggle.Security is very tight, making you wonder if you’re in the safest area but we encountered no issues whatsoever.

Perfect beach location. Direct access to a wide, swimmable beach. Stunning views. Walgreens located directly across the street for food necessities.Walkable to many eating establishments. 10 minute ride from the airport and a 15 minute ride to Old San Juan. We would definitely stay here again.

We were a bit anxious for our first trip to San Juan. We had heard things about crime and other negative comments if we were not staying at a “resort”. Sooo glad we did not listen. We loved our stay at this lovely condo as well as our entire trip to the area. The space/size of the condo was great for 2 people. And of course, the views from the condo and the balcony are just AMAZING! The bed was very comfortable and it was great to have a stove, oven , microwave and frig. We rented a car and it was also great to have a parking spot. I did reach out to Maria as we had a question about the garage door openers. She was very responsive and explained what we needed to do. We never felt unsafe in the area and met so many wonderful people. We loved being able to enjoy the pool and the beach area. It was also great to have restaurants in walking distance for the days or evenings we wanted to stay nearby.

Beautiful Getaway

After some confusion about which building, and some difficulty getting the key from the box, we were met with the mostcbeautiful balcony view. It's where we spent most of our evening and morning time.Very cute apartment with all the necessities and more. Comfy bed, nice shower.Some minor difficulties with the sliding door, a/c, and a brief power outage did not keep us from enjoying every minute.Beautiful beach, super friendly people, amazing food. Perfect location central to all our day trips.Maria was always responsive. We will be back!

Beautiful as ever

We stayed here previously a few years ago. Still as beautiful as ever, condo is well maintained, hosts are easy to work with and provide many almost everything you could ever need. You can rent umbrellas and chairs right out the gate on the beach for a very reasonable price, the guys even move them for you when the sun moves. Absolutely amazing sunsets from the balcony and beach. We cannot wait to Vivian again!

Oceanfront was amazing

Arrived at the condo and needed help with the lock box. It is a little tricky. The view was amazing as it is oceanfront. The condo was clean yet could use some upgrades. The slider in the bedroom still was not fixed and difficult to use. The owners should provide a handbook with instructions for the tv, the speaker, etc.,They list the unit has shampoo but it was empty therefore had to go buy some. The condo could use more towels. All in all, the location is perfect. While there the building lost power for many hours which I guess is a common occurrence. We were very hot and had to take cold showers. It is convenient to everything.

Gorgeous place to stay!

We had a wonderful vacation staying at Maria’s place! When you walk in, the view really takes your breath away! The place was very clean and had a lot of thoughtful touches such as beach towels and a cooler, shampoo/soap, coffee, etc. The best part was definitely the balcony and the view. It was great to have a parking spot for our rental car too. The staff at Marbella are super friendly and accommodating. It was very convenient to be right on the beach! It really made a difference vs being a couple blocks away like some of the hotels in the area. The location was great- we spent a day at El Yunque and went into old San Juan multiple times and Maria’s place was very centrally located. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool! This was our favorite rental that we’ve ever stayed in! Thank you so much!

Responsive hosts

We have stayed at this location before but this is the first time the unit had a oven. A real oven. Very nice.Before we arrived we contacted the hosts a couple of times and they got right back to us. Very much appreciated.
