Gelegen aan de voet van het El Yunque-regenwoud ligt dit strandhuis in het meest gewilde gebied van Puerto Rico. Het huis ligt aan de noordoostelijke kant van het eiland, wordt begrensd door een mangrovebos van 1000 hectare en ligt op een afgelegen strand tussen twee van de beste resorts op het eiland, het Wyndham Reo Mar en het Melia Coco Beach Resort. Het bevindt zich op een van de 12 Fincas (boerderijen) aan de weg naar Las Picuas die werden beschermd tegen commerciële ontwikkeling en beschikken over een rustig en afgelegen strand. Het strand is rustig en mooi, ideaal voor paddle-planken, kyacks, vissen, kite-sailing en nog veel meer. Gearceerd door palmen, het is een geweldige plek om rond te hangen en te picknicken.

Het huis is oorspronkelijk gebouwd door een zwembadontwerper en heeft spectaculaire, resortachtige buitenruimtes. Tropische tuinen en palmbomen omringen het privézwembad, grote in de grond gelegen hot tub / jacuzzi, badhuis, tiki-bar met pizzaoven, buitenkeuken en barbecueplaats.

Het huis is net gerenoveerd met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers plus een extra bad in het poolhouse. Het heeft twee niveaus met keukens en baden en wasserijen op beide niveaus. Een enorme patio stimuleert het genieten van het tropische landschap. Het is voorzien van airconditioning, heeft de nieuwste technologie, waaronder satelliet-tv, high-speed internet met wifi en ethernet-verbindingen, en USB-outlets. 8 personen.

Het ligt op enkele minuten van de beste attracties van Puerto Rico, zoals paddleboard-lessen, golf, zip-lining, paardrijden, wandelen, rondvaarten met bioboten, ATV's en meer. Geniet van lekker eten bij vier in de buurt van resorts of ervaar het avontuur van de Kioscos op een rij van 30-40 lokaal restaurant op 3 mijl afstand van het strand van Luquillo.

Het is een korte 35 minuten rijden naar de luchthaven van San Juan of om de geschiedenis, cultuur en culinaire rijkdommen van de stad te bezoeken.

Manny the host was the greatest! He helped with anything we needed and answered our messages quickly. He sent us lists of his favorite places to eat and things to do. He went above and beyond for us and we appreciated that. It was obvious he cared about the guests and the property. He showed us around the property and how to turn on the hot tub, which we used and loved. The beach was very easily accessed. Good for kids as you can go explore the ocean go very far out and still be waist deep. We did lots of kayaking with the provided kayaks. Had BBQ's in the back yard and spentma lot of our time there.

A little paradise. Our first trip to Puerto Rico and we love the island. The home is laid out very well with very nice outdoor seating areas, great pool and hot tub. Nice selection of beach amenities. The home is split upper and lower with the two bedrooms being on the lower level and a single bedroom upstairs. Both have kitchens. The upper level is a bit more roomier than the ground level. Overall a very nice home.

We had a phenomenal time at this property! Manny was awesome and very communicative. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the grounds in its entirety. We were so happy that they had detergent, soap, etc and even some coffee! Although we always do our shop the day we arrive the amenities that were there made it an option not a necessity. We were happy to buy and leave pool floaties,spices, sunscreen charcoal, and other things as others before us had done as well. We loved our own little beach area and would 100% return. We enjoyed our time there so much that we didn't do many of the planned activities out and about, as the family elected to just stay and chill. Thank you!

2025 PR Family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this property with our family of eight. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing. The house was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with all the amenities to make our stay comfortable, including a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, beach gear, and cozy common areas where we could all gather.We loved starting our mornings on the patio and spending time together in the shared spaces. Everyone had enough room to relax and recharge, which made the trip even more enjoyable. It was a great home base for exploring the area.The only downsides were the mosquitoes, which were more active than expected, and the presence of sargassum on the beach during our stay. Neither was a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of if you’re visiting during the same season.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely return. Exceptional stay!

Our family of 7 had the absolute pleasure of staying at the yellow beach house this past week and had the best time! It was just as expected with the awesome pool and hot tub … and the beach was just a few steps away. The house setup was great for our family, and was clean and ready upon our arrival. While we explored the area, we loved our time at the house just relaxing. Manny was an awesome host during our stay assisting with anything needed and great recommendations for dinner. William was also very helpful during the booking addressing many questions while trying to make a decision. We appreciate their attentiveness and quick responses! We were sad when we had to leave but look forward to more vacations at the house. Most certainly recommend!!

5 Stars – Perfect Island Getaway!

We had an incredible stay at the Yellow Beach Home in Puerto Rico! The house was clean, cheerful, and exactly as described—bright, breezy, and just steps from the beach. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying coffee at one of many outdoor seating areas was the perfect antidote to life’s everyday hustle.The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to beach gear, and the Wi-Fi and A/C worked great. The location was peaceful and safe, but still close to restaurants, local markets, and some amazing beaches.Our host and property manager, Manny, were incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great tips on where to eat and what to explore nearby. We felt completely at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for couples, families, or anyone looking to relax and soak up some island magic!

Yellow House Retreat

This is our second visit. First was 2 years ago. Love the location. Manny is excellent! We have problems with septic right away, that needed to be pumped. Ran out of propane for cooking, and for hot tub, but was taken care of quickly. House shows more wear and tear since our last visit. We will return. Cannot beat location and overall accommodations.Didn’t hear back from owner after left and tried to bring these issues up. We love this place and hope some updates for overall wear and tear completed.

Family Spring Break 2025

Our family of 6 (mostly adults) stayed for Spring Break 2025, and overall, we had a great week. The location was ideal for us, and we enjoyed the outdoor pool, hot tub (once the propane tank was replenished), and grilling area. We have stayed at many VRBO and other rentals, and the rating seemed inflated. The house needs TLC inside and out, including improved cleanliness (dirty dishes in non-working dishwasher), crumbs and dirty linens in sofa sleeper, thin/minimal bath/beach towels, old worn furniture and the upstairs a/c leaked continuously and a lot and was clearly not a new issue based on the stains on the wall. The ice cube trays had leaked by whomever was there previously and the freezer had a base layer of ice. The tiki bar and outdoor pizza oven were dirty and not appealing. The split flat was ok - not our preference but it worked. If we had expected a 3/5 property, this would have met our expectations, but based on reviews, our expectations were much higher.We still had a great trip, lots of great family memories, and enjoyed the beach right outside the door. Manny was attentive and pleasant. Loved Palmer and the mimosa's and woodfire pizza's at Lluvia served by Milton who was very kind and gave us great recommendations. Bungolu had fantastic tacos. Luquillo Beach and local fare was great. Hiked El Yunque (GO EARLY). Enjoyed a day a Culebra Island. Hit up the Biolumenscent Bay (stay up for the late trip).Additional questions, feel free to PM me.

Such a great place for a family vacation!

This is our first time in Puerto Rico when it was absolutely beautiful. We went with another couple and it was perfect because we each had her own apartment! The pool and the hot tub are amazing. The very short walk to the beach is also beautiful. We use the pizza oven one night and it worked great. The noseeums are pretty bad so take spray. The beach is next-door to a public campground, but we did not have any issue with the noise, etc. Some of the beach did have quite a bit of trash, but was still beautiful and a perfect place to hang out.

Special birthday vacation

The house worked out perfectly to reunite our family for my birthday. Our two adult children flew in with their partners and we had plenty of room and privacy for everyone. We enjoyed the comfortable grounds/pool and fun amenities like the kayaks and paddle boards. The location was perfect for hiking in the rain forest and not too far for an occasional visit to Old Town San Juan.

This was our second stay at the Yellow House and it was just wonderful. It's like having your very own ocean front resort all to yourself. Amazing!!!

Pictures do not do this property any justice! The house is incredible but the amenities are the cherry on top, we had so much fun paddle boarding and splashing in the pool. Happy Yellow House

My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon, and words can’t explain how beautiful this house was. Pictures don’t do it justice. We had an amazing time. Checkin and out was super easy. Resort like Beach House

This property was perfect for our adult family of 7. We had several meals at the outdoor spaces and the outdoor kitchen was great. The pool and hot tub area is truly a resort like setting. The house had everything we needed for cooking and visiting the beach. Location was convenient to water excursions, historical sites and the rainforest for waterfall hiking. The beach area was nearly private as we only saw a handful of people all week. The Owners and Concierge were all very responsive and courteous. The beach area can be minimal at times and there is not a big area to swim in the ocean due to the shallow grass that consumes most of the bay. I recommend going to another area for snorkeling. Also, they need to add some more lounge chairs around the pool that can also be used at the beach.

Great location!

We had a wonderful vacation at the Yellow House. Pros: It is conveniently located near restaurants, golf courses and grocery stores. This rental property is enormous. Like having your own personal resort. We spent a great deal of time in the private pool and walking the beach. House was stocked with necessities. Manny was accommodating and easy to contact. Cons: The Yellow House could use some maintenance. No working dishwasher. We had to hand wash many of the dishes in the cupboard that weren’t clean.Towel racks in all the bathrooms would be nice. Tiki bar near the pool looked like it was falling apart. This was the only part of the property we wouldn’t consider using.
