scExperience Tropical Paradise met 5 zwembaden!

  • Met drie slaapkamers (master met queensize bed; 2e kamer met 1 eenpersoonsbed en een stapelbed en 3e met queensize bed) zult u meer dan comfortabel zijn in Sandy Cove.

    Gelegen aan het strand met volledige condo complex voorzieningen, kunt u ons huis uw eigen maken.

    Het pand zelf beschikt over een moderne inrichting, met veel ruimte voor een groot gezin. Alle slaapkamers zijn voorzien van airconditioning en het pand beschikt over wifi en kabel-tv.
    Sandy Cove kijkt uit op het prachtig aangelegde zwembad met 5 zwembaden, allemaal ontworpen rond verschillende thema's. Voorbij dat is directe toegang tot het strand, ongeveer 200 meter afstand. De woning bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping, weg van het voetgangersverkeer, en is zo gelegen dat de Tradewinds er vrij doorheen kunnen stromen.

    OPMERKING: Het onroerendgoedcomplex vereist dat alle bezoekers ID-armbanden kopen (de resorttoeslag). Er zijn maximaal 8 armbanden per eenheid toegestaan en de kosten zijn niet inbegrepen in de huurprijzen. Bezoekers zonder armbanden zijn niet toegestaan. Deze armband moet altijd tijdens uw verblijf buitenshuis worden gedragen. Alleen geregistreerde gasten hebben toegang tot het complex.

    OPMERKING: Wanneer u via HomeAway boekt, worden er kosten in rekening gebracht voor verhuur, schoonmaak en 7% toeristenbelasting. De borg en de eenmalige resorttoeslag worden apart in rekening gebracht door The Marco Polo Collection (de beheerder) en zijn 60 dagen voor aankomst verschuldigd. Had 4 18 year olds and 2 17 year olds and us (grandparents). Place was great. I reported an issue with a ceiling fan an air conditioner and they came out and fixed the problems right away. It was great to have a kitchen and room to lounge. The pool and hot tub were right there and the beach access was perfect. The smash burgers and food at the pool kiosks were surprisingly great. So glad we didn't stay at a hotel.

Excellent place for a family vacation! Property is clean and well maintained. The swimming pools are nice. Apartment is a nice size, plenty of beds and amenities. Great communication with owners.

Aquatika - Loiza Puerto Rico

This was a great place to rest and relax after taking morning day trips to various sites like Old San Juan and El Yunque area. Ocean beach on the North East sides were breezy most days and ocean swimming was at a minimum.

Great time

The place is great for familiesw kids. Gated, lots of open space, playground, beach and pools. You'll want a rental car if staying here.

Good deal for money. Central location to San Juan towards west or rainforest and other beaches to the east.. beach on site was really nice and private and several pools to choose from

Overall it was a good stay the beds where hard and needs updating kept getting bite by mosquitoes every night with all the doors always closed lifted my bedding to one of the beds sheets where dirty behind the dressers needs to be swept

1st trip to PR

We really enjoyed our week long stay! It was a little scary arriving in the dark, narrow roads and off the beaten path. But in the light of day we could appreciate Loiza more. Convenient to beaches, great food, San Juan and highways to anywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was well equipped and perfect for a family.

El lugar es acogedor y con todo lo necesario de primera necesidad al instante, las piscinas tienen buena temperatura el unico detalle es que deben de estar limpias y en funcionamiento aunque no sea fin de semana ya que no es justo para los que estamos en dias de semana no disfutar de las chorreras, etc...

Check in process was easy. Communication with host company was perfect. Description of the property on point. We felt safe and secure while in the property. The only thing was the description of the beds. It has one queen and a full size for the second bedroom it was listed as 2 Queen beds, either way we enjoyed our two weeks while being there.

Great Property

We enjoyed our stay at Aquatika! We had a hard time finding the property and felt the surrounding area to be a bit rough and enjoyed the security with the gated property. The property itself was clean but could use some updating. A couple of the beds weren’t the most comfortable. The a/c units are very loud. We enjoyed having washer/dryer. The supplies basic condiments & laundry soap were appreciated. We loved all of the pools, especially the heated pool, the hot tubs and all of the outdoor spaces in general. We would likely stay again.

Great for the price

This location was great for the price. There were some things lacking (no restaurant on site, limited lounge chairs at the pools, beds were not very comfortable, etc.) but you can't have all the amenities and a low price at the same time. The unit was dated but still clean and I loved that there were spices for cooking so that we didn't have to buy those! The beach was lovely and not too crowded. The patio areas around the pools were terrible and hurt to walk on barefoot but the pools themselves were a nice temp and were clean. The surrounding neighborhood was great and we never felt unsafe on or off the property. I do highly recommend a rental car if staying at this location as it would be difficult to explore the island or even the local area without one.

Aquatica 2023

As mentioned to Managing Agent of Marco Polo group, I found Aquatica itself to be a very nice family resort. However the apartment was not good. Two TVs in unit did not work properly even after someone was sent to check it out. The ac in large bedroom with the bunk beds was not working properly. While I would lease at Aquatica, I would never recommend the apartment to anyone

Needs better furniture and cleaned better

The area was a great location, the resort was great, esp for my kids. I would stay with the resort again, but I will not stay in this condo again. The furniture is so old and worn out it's ridiculous. The couch cushions don't even hold their shape anymore! The first day my son spilled some water on the floor. When I wiped it up, the towel was dark brown. That floor was so filthy for it "just being cleaned". The dryer was gross and made our towels smell AWFUL.

Disappointed the minute we walked in.

we had high hope for this apartment only to be disappointed . this property was very poorly maintained. there was no clubs for the mini golf course. I asked the property manager to help and she did nothing.. the AC unit leaked large puddles of water. the bathroom reeked of pee no matter how much we cleaned it. And the bed.... they were god Awful!!! they were so old and stiff. its a shame because the property around the apartment was nice. but i would never rent from this owner again. 1 star.

Del apto. Nada negativo excelente!!! Pero del complejo deberían de cerrar piscina al menos 8pm ya que a las 6 si uno llega del trabajo el check-in es 3 uno llega cmo a las 6 y fue 1 día perdido. Pagar tanto dinero para perder 1 dia.

Would definitely go again under one condition they MUST UPDATE THE BEDS!! Some beds are literally a wood plank with little cushion so it felt like u was sleeping on the floor. The bed my husband and I slept on was horrible I felt the springs in our backs for 8 days woke up with back pains and all. Other than the beds Aquatica is a very clean, family friendly place. They have 3 nice size pools only thing is they are only 3ft 6 inches deep. I mean it was still good enough to enjoy especially in the heat.

Great place to stay with family!

Aquatika is a great place to stay with family. Apartments accomodate up to 8 people. The complex has 5 pools, 2 jacuzzis, a mini golf, big playground, basketball courts, tennis court, and access to the beach. Everything you need for recreation and more can be found in the apartment: portable chairs, towels, a golf club and ball, basketball, roller blades, scooter, beach paddles, and dominoes to pay inside. The only thing you won't find are tennis rackets and balls, everything else is there. When we got there, the management had left us some complementary cereal boxes,coke cans, dish soap,and cleaning soap. There is all the cookware that you need but you do need a car to buy the food,shampoo,etc. Everything was very clean. The only complaint is that the mattresses were not firm anymore and some of the pillows were very slim, everything else was perfect. We have stayed here before and we would stay again.
