Deze accommodatie bevindt zich op de 7e verdieping van gebouw 1 van Playa Azul. De ligging aan het water is letterlijk seconden verwijderd van het strand. Stap het balkon op en geniet van uw favoriete drankje terwijl u geniet van het verbluffende uitzicht op de oceaan en de warme bries. In slaap vallen luisteren naar de oceaan golven. Dit apparaat is uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft om u zich thuis voelt. De slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed, airconditioning en een 40-inch smart-tv met kabel en internet. Woongedeelte heeft een slaapbank met een 50-inch lcd smart-tv, blu-ray-speler en draadloos geluidssysteem. Keukenapparatuur: koelkast, fornuis /
oven, magnetron, broodrooster en koffiezetapparaat. BBQ grill beschikbaar. Wasmachine en droger in de unit. Strandartikelen (stoelen, koelbox, kar, handdoeken, etc.) zijn aanwezig.

Dit privécomplex heeft directe toegang tot het strand en 24/7 monitoring. Het heeft vele recreatieve voorzieningen, waaronder: zwembaden voor volwassenen en kinderen, basketbalvelden, een speeltuin en een prieel. Eigen parkeerplaats op het terrein is ook inbegrepen.
Het is gunstig gelegen nabij banken, restaurants, kruidenierszaken en bezienswaardigheden zoals El Yunque National Forest en Fajardo. Slechts 35 minuten van de luchthaven.

Amazing View!

Angel is an amazing host, always communicated in a timely fashion. The view from the condo is awesome. Loved opening the patio doors and listening to the ocean and feeling the ocean breeze. Would definitely stay at Angels condo again!

Very Nice Get Away....

This is our 3rd stay in Luquillo and specifically, Playa Azul Towers. The building was in good repair and well maintained, and the people were very friendly and professional. The unit was tastefully appointed and just the right size for two travelers. The only negative strike was the remodeling noise that was going on in the unit directly overhead which promptly started at 7:30 am and went through the morning. However, would consider staying again.

Truly stunning views and amazing location!

Wonderful location; on beautiful Playa Azul beach and within walking distance to So Many restaurants and the kioskos. Easy access to El Yunque, and Fajardo too! This condo is in a safe area with gated parking lot and keyed entry to the building and beach area. Fabulous renter quick to answer any questions. The in-unit washer and dryer is a nice bonus! We had a great stay. The host kept us informed about a temporary power outage on the island. The photos are very accurate. The beach out front is very nice. Big waves when we were there. Fun to play in. If the waves out front are too much for you, the public beach is about a 15 minute walk away. The walk is along the beach and is very picturesque. The nearby public beach Is in a very protected bay with very small waves.The public beach also has many food and drink options nearby. A large grocery store is just 3-5 minutes away from the condo via car. We would not hesitate to book this place again if we are back in Luquillo.

This property was fine. The owners were super helpful and responsive. But there were some things that weren’t so great. The oven was not clean especially the drawer underneath. But I think that is because of the layout I suspect that a cleaner would struggle to access it as the oven as it cannot open all the way. Also we used the pull out couch in the living space but there is no air conditioning there. In order to try to cool the person sleeping on the pull out couch we ran the ac cold in the bedroom and left the door open. So we were cold in the bedroom and they were hot in the lounge. Not really ideal for anyone. Most of the shopping and restaurants are a bit of a drive away but we didn’t really mind that too much.

The property was great! Right on the beach, beautiful location. Plenty of towels and beach necessities. Very clean building and condo. It smelled fantastic. Great inside and outside entertainment. Nice security guards, nice tenants. All in all, a 5 star stay. The living room does get a little warm, but with the heat on the island, it wasn't bad! Angel was a great communicator and a wonderful host. Check in was a breeze, instructions were clear. We would 100% stay again. We loved everything about it!
