Ingericht met een queensize bedInzet in de master-kamer met dressoir en 32-inch lcd-tv, ook een tweede kamer met een tweepersoonsbed en een dressoir en 32'LCD-Sony-tv met zowel een volledige kast als een derde kamer met een BunkBed die is geschikt voor 3 kinderen (of 2 volwassenen en 1 kind), alle kamers hebben A / C en hebben kasten op ware grootte. Ruim balkon, keuken met alle roestvrijstalen apparatuur, micro, wasmachine / droger, 46 'tv met home theatre-systeem (dvd en muzieksysteem)
Peña Mar Ocean Club is een goed beveiligd complex met 24-uurs beveiliging. De ontwikkeling heeft drie zwembaden +1 kinderbad, 1 tennisbaan, een basketbalveld, een jacuzzi, een wandelpad, een fitnessruimte, een speeltuin en een clubhuis. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is spectaculair. U kunt Villa Marina, Palomino, Palominito-eilanden zien en op een heldere dag ziet u Culebra en St. Thomas.
Toegang tot appartement met liften of trappen, parkeerplaatsen voor 2 auto's, omheind complex.


Het complex is zeer veilig met 24 uur beveiliging en gated ingang. Snorkel trips zijn 1 minuut afstand (bij de jachthaven ziet u vanaf het dek); Playa Seven Seas is een mooi en rustig strand; een natuurreservaat w / rondleidingen is 5 minuten; en El Yunque Caribbean National Forest is 20 minuten. Boodschappendienst is 2 minuten afstand. Ook kunt u een veerboot (5 minuten) of een vliegtuig op het lokale vliegveld naar Culebra en Vieques eilanden bezoeken. El Conquistador Resort en de golfbaan zijn 3 minuten afstand. Op loopafstand van Marinas waar u terecht kunt voor een dag varen naar Icacos, Palominos, Ramos onder andere eilanden. San Juan is slechts een uur rijden

Wonderful Vacation Stay

My family had a wonderful stay in the condo. We had plenty of space to spread out. Our girls enjoyed the pools on property. We always felt very safe with the gated entrance and security. The property and condo were very clean and we felt very at home. Grisselle was very attentive and the communication was great. We hope to visit again!

Can’t wait to return!

This apt was all you could need for your beach vacation, or if you just need some rest and relaxation. Spacious, comfortable, everything you need! Our host Griselle was communicative and fantastic to work with. She addressed all our needs and concerns on the spot! Great pools, gym, great location. The apt has all you need to make your stay perfect. Close to supermarket, marina and great places to eat!

Close to everything

We loved this apartment and its proximity to a lot of the activities we did. The view is beautiful and the we spent a lot of time on the balcony. The condo has a lot of towels that you can take to the pool or beach and laundry in the condo.

Great place

It was a great rental for our family. Close to everything that we wanted to do. Checking in was a little difficult because the security at the gate wanted to know which apartment we were staying in. Which host never supplied, we tried to call the host but no answer. Luckily the security was very helpful and found our apartment number for us. The apartment had a lot of essentials (towels, kitchen like pots and pans)but wished it had a hair dryer. Otherwise the rental was great and would rent again if we come back!!! I would give it a 4.9 stars for no hair dryer.

The view was nice and we were close to the beach. Shopping near by was convenient. The property itself could use upgrades ex: showers are a bit dated. Didn't like waiting on security to get in every time. Sometimes they weren't at the gate. Should upgrade to electronic entry. Also no visits from friends or family was too harsh. My visitors were turned away. But overall nice place.

Large and equipped

The condo that we stayed in is very large and located in a beautiful area. We felt safe the entire time and that is a big deal when I’m in a foreign location. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were bath towels and beach towels as well as toys for a little ones to play with. The owner was quick to respond. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Location Location Location

We had a very enjoyable stay. The host was quick to respond to our inquiries. The location is very central to many activities, the bioluminescent bay, ferries to Culebra/Cirques, Luqillo etc. The property was clean and very secure. Our children loved the infinity pool. The other pools needed some cleaning. As for the apartment itself the views are beautiful. There are many extras in the apartment like fishing poles, beach cooler & chairs, toys, beach/pool toys. Unfortunately, some of the basics that I would like were not available, especially in the kitchen area. There was no salt, pepper, sugar. The coffee maker and other appliances were very dated. The coffee maker had a carafe that was for a different type of coffee maker and we had to press the value in the carafe manually to make it work. The bathrooms and towels need updating and the mattresses need replacing. All in all a pretty good value for the price

The condo was amazing, enough room for all of us and then some, very spacious balcony you can see the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other, right on the marina but a quick drive to the main road and all the stores needed. Luquillo beach less than 10 min away. Would def stay here again. Thank you!!

Beautiful apartment, closet to all there is to do in Fajardo

Great apartment with plenty of space and beautiful views. Many pool options to choose from for the kids to enjoy time at the complex, and so close to local beaches, restaurants, and boating/snorkeling activities. Easy trip to El Yunque forest opportunities also. Griselle was very responsive and delightful to work with.

Excellent Location

This was a beautiful apartment located near the marina and close to a few really good restaurants. Close to Seven Seas beach as well as the East Coast Water Taxi that can take you to a private island for a day of snorkeling and swimming. Grisselle was an excellent host and always got back to us with answers to our questions. A must visit. 5 stars.

Enjoyed our stay in Fajardo

The condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Peña Mar is a gated community with security which made us feel safe. We enjoyed some of the local beaches and there are several excellent restaurants close to the condo. The condo is well stocked with dishes, pans, and paper products. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed sitting on the huge veranda and watching the activities at the marina.
