De villa heeft een fantastische grootte en indeling voor gezinnen, koppels of vrienden die samen naar het paradijs ontsnappen. Op het moment dat u aankomt, wordt uw geest onmiddellijk op uw gemak in het prachtige interieur van het apparaat. Smaakvolle inrichting, comfortabele meubels en veel natuurlijk licht in overvloed in 1.100 vierkante voet smaakvol ingerichte leefruimte, waardoor de villa zeer schoon en luchtig aanvoelt. Gratis parkeren is inbegrepen voor één auto.

Terwijl u samenkomt met uw metgezellen in de ruime woonkamer, opent u de Franse deuren om de verfrissende oceaanwind binnen te laten - u zult genieten van de manier waarop de binnenruimtes van deze woning naadloos opgaan in het buitenleven. Na een gedenkwaardige dag in het zand en surfen, kom je thuis om tapas en cocktails te bereiden in de moderne keuken, volledig uitgerust met granieten aanrecht en alle benodigde kookapparatuur. Ga later naar buiten naar het privébalkon, waar u een schilderachtig uitzicht op de golfbaan kunt bewonderen. Je kunt zelfs een paar leguanen en andere dieren in het wild spotten terwijl je geniet van het landschap! Wanneer je klaar bent om het een nacht te noemen, trek je je terug in een van de slaapkamers of de charmante loft, om uit te rusten voor de volgende bewogen dag. Alle andere voorzieningen die je wilt in je ultieme thuis weg van huis zijn hier, inclusief WiFi, kabel-tv, airconditioning, eigen wasmachines en 2 badkamers met travertin-marmer.

Deze villa ligt op korte loopafstand van het recreatiegebied, met een onlangs gerenoveerd zwembad en een prieel, evenals een barbecueplek. Een ander zwembad, dat zich tegenover het strand bevindt, ligt op ongeveer 10 minuten loopafstand van de villa, in de richting van het hotel. Parkeren is ook mogelijk, als u niet wilt lopen. Houd er rekening mee dat de hotelfaciliteiten geen deel uitmaken van deze verhuur. Er is geen golfkar beschikbaar.

U hoeft zich zeker niet ver van de villa te wagen om toegang te krijgen tot de ongelooflijke wonderen van Puerto Rico. Vanaf hier bent u slechts 10 minuten verwijderd van El Yunque, een nationaal regenwoud met spectaculaire watervallen, prachtige vegetatie en schilderachtige wandelpaden waarmee u betoverende plekken kunt bereiken. Voor meer buitenavontuur, bezoek Bioluminescent Bay, Vieques Island of La Cabezas de San Juan natuurreservaat in Fajardo. Mis snorkelen bij Flamenco Beach op Culebra Island niet! Luquillo kan worden bereikt in een korte rit en biedt meer glorieuze stranden en geweldige restaurants. The villa was beautiful and well equipped with all of our needs. There are four beach chairs, beach towels and even a little cooler available to use. Everything was clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and the nearby beach was nice for lounging. The villa is located in a perfect location; just a short drive to many attractions. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others!

great communication, clean, provided pretty much anything you can think of- beach towels, sunscreen, wifi, laundry/dish supplies etc. location was great, you’re basically enclosed in the same area as the wyndham resort so you’re really close to a ton of restaurants- about a 15 minute walk. We did end up renting a car but mostly because we had a wedding in Condado and events that we had to travel back and forth to but if you don’t mind walking you really don’t need one. The place itself was very cozy but spacious and we were plenty comfortable in high heat! 10/10 I would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful Villa, Conveniently Located

We had a wonderful stay. The check-in process was easy and the villa was very clean. The mattress in the master bedroom is more comfortable than ours at home! There was a lovely view from the balcony and I appreciated how quiet and peaceful the complex was, at least during April when we visited. We had the pool area to ourselves on most days and there were few people on the beach. We did lose our electricity twice while there (once for about 10 hours), which I heard from locals is quite common on the island. This isn't a complaint, so much as something to be aware of. Overall, we would definitely stay there again. The location is both peaceful and conveniently close to activities and restaurants.

Fully stocked Spanish style villa is everything you’d want in Puerto Rico

This adorable Spanish style villa was absolutely perfect for our 3 days in Luquillo Beach. Our hosts anticipated every need with a fully stocked kitchen, ample beach supplies (chairs, tent, cooler). The hosts addressed every question and concern immediately. I highly recommend this property or these hosts.

The condo was very comfortable for the three is us and as described. We cooked several meals in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoyed the porch. The bag chairs and cooler were useful for beach days.A note for renters coming to RioMar with other families - it is best to stay in the same cluster because it’s a process to have guests from other areas of the resort.

I don’t usually do reviews, but it felt like I had to save someone else. The property is very beautiful great location, first of all the villa is in a beautiful location. We had a great time, but the villa was very dusty. We had no hot water. There were roaches. It could be a very beautiful place but needs a lot of TLC. We communicated with the owner about not having any.

Fantastic property, awesome location, great beach

The property itself was very nice. Clean and well maintained and decorated. (The only slight negative is that the washing machine is pretty noisy. We got in the habit of putting a load in when we went out for the day.) The pool is a very short walk away, and includes a nice hot tub. The beach is a bit of a walk (10 minutes or so) but it's an easy walk and very little traffic. The beach is absolutely incredible! I had done a lot of research into various beaches around PR. Some are rocky, some have seaweed and other debris accumulated on the beach, some are crowded. Because this property is part of a gated resort area, the beach is very well maintained. It seemed like it was groomed every day. The sand was clean and the water itself was clean as well. This is not crystal clear water like you might see in Hawaii, but I've been to many beaches where it felt like something was going to sneak up to me in the water and take a nip out of me. I didn't feel that at all here. And perhaps the best part is there were practically no other people on the beach! The Wyndham is a big fancy hotel on the property right on the beach, and that area had more people. But they are like 1/4 mile down the beach to the east. Where we went was at the west end of the resort area and had far fewer people. We were there towards the end of June and went to the beach every day for a week. On the busiest day you could look to the left and to the right for 200 yds and see no more than 10 people total!

Wonderful location

The villa was as described. Everything was clean, in working order. No problems. The complex is really nice. Marisol responded very quickly to any request. The only thing I commented about was the noise of the washing machine. I worried that neighbors would come and ask what was going on it was so loud. We would definitely stay there again.

A perfect place

We had a great time. Perfect for a family of four with teens. The place is peaceful and the accommodation has all one needs. Marisol was extremely helpful and responsive. There are many options for discovering the island, super close to the rain forest, and easy access to San Juan, and ferries to Culebra or Vieques. Highly recommend.

Rio Mar Condo

The resort grounds are beautiful, and we loved the view from the back patio overlooking the golf course and ponds. Only a few steps needed to get into the unit from the reserved parking spot. Nicely decorated, and the kitchen is well equipped--but there is no oven! The bunk room and loft area could be fun for younger kids, but probably a little tight for older kids (or extra adults). Since it was just two of us, we didn't need this extra space. However, having a second bathroom in the unit is nice. Access to the beautiful beach (over 2 miles long) and pool is about a half mile walk, so we decided to drive to the parking lot and save our walking for the beach. We enjoyed eating at the Luquillo kiosks only a 10 minute drive away, but always came back to use the resort beach. The beach/pool access was only open until 6pm, while the second pool in the complex stays open later. We had a wonderful stay!

Fun in the Tropics

Originally supposed to go on the trip with my partner, change in plans at the last minute and, I had the whole villa to myself! The host is amazing and the property itself is everything you see and more. I slept so well at night and enjoyed the balcony day and night! I was only there a couple of days and wished I could have stayed longer. I did have a rental car but also walked down to the resort one day and it was an easy, nice walk in both directions. Would recommend this to anyone, single or otherwise and I hope to stay again in the future! Thank you, Olga!!

Very nice villa. Absolutely anything you possibly need was supplied. Only thing we would improve is the lighting in the bathrooms. Close to nice restaurants, the rainforest, rented atvs, went ziplining, was a lot of fun. A few minutes to the community pool and the beach. Thanks for everything!

Fabulous get away!!

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation for our 27th wedding anniversary in this beautiful well appointed villa. Cluster 2 is our favorite community to stay in. Beautiful community pool in walking distance, beautiful beach pool (also can walk but farther) most people drive golf cart down or car to spend the day or a couple of hours going between the beach with gorgeous walks either way & beach pool right there!! Best of both worlds!! Amazing!! Til next year cluster 2!!! 🌴🌞😎
