Located in the vibrant heart of the historic district, this apartment is ideal for families or groups looking to explore and experience the local culture firsthand.



The apartment features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and two additional bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee maker perfect for preparing meals at your leisure. Please note there are some steep stairs to access the unit, adding to the historic charm.



Relax in the spacious living area, complete with a plush sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

As a courtesy to our neighbors, please note this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours, especially after 10 PM, to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our historic building.

Please keep in mind that Puerto Rico is an island that sometimes experiences water and electricity outages. The vibrant atmosphere of Puerto Rico means street noise is part of the experience. If you're a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs. Additionally, while we do our best to keep critters away, the tropical weather here means they can be a bit persistent. There are seasonal bugs that are attracted to light, so we advise turning off the lights to encourage them to move away.
