Strandhuis gelegen in een privé,
gated community in Dorado met toegang tot privéstrand.
U kunt achterover leunen en genieten van het spectaculaire uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan vanaf een van de twee terrassen. Zwemmen, snorkelen, paddleboarden en kajakken (we hebben kajaks en een paddle-board, boogieboards en snorkeluitrusting beschikbaar) kunnen worden genoten op het privéstrand dat zich op 20 passen van het huis bevindt.
Er is kampioenschapsgolfbaan binnen een 5
minuut rijden. Dorado heeft een verscheidenheid aan restaurants die allemaal op 5-10 minuten rijden van het huis liggen.
Supermarkten en bioscopen zijn gemakkelijk toegankelijk.
Het huis heeft 5 slaapkamers die in 2018 gerenoveerd zijn (allemaal met nieuwe A / C's) bestaande uit een koning
(slaapkamer # 1) met ensuite badkamer, 1 koning (slaapkamer # 2) met ensuite badkamer en een douche zonder dak,
1 koning (slaapkamer # 3), 2 tweelingen en 1 koningin (slaapkamer # 4 / kinderkamer) met ensuite badkamer en 1 koningin (slaapkamer # 5). Slaapkamer # 4 en # 5 delen een badkamer, maar ze hebben aparte ijdelheden. Tv / speelkamer boven heeft ook A / C en een slaapbank. Het huis heeft 4 volledige badkamers met douches (geen badkuipen) en een 1/2 badkamer. Huis is niet geschikt voor kinderen jonger dan 5 jaar, als dit huis niet beschikbaar is gedurende de tijd dat u het zou willen huren, kunt u mijn andere woning in hetzelfde gebied (20 treden van deze) opzoeken in vrbo # 4712665

What an amazing home! Ocean views from almost every room in the house and two levels of balconies that we were able to enjoy panoramic and endless ocean waves. The house had every amenity you would need to feel like home and just too comfortable to want to leave. The host was just so accommodating, too. She brought us groceries before we arrived because we were getting there very late and would not have had time to buy anything for breakfast the next day. She checked in with us throughout our stay to provide tips and ask whether we needed anything. She also brought us bottles of water when there was possible water pressure issue in the area - it did not happen but was glad to know we were taken care of. Just amazing experience and location. Highly highly recommend!

Amazing House, Incredible Location!This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 8—and could easily accommodate more. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were spectacular from every room, and the beach was literally just steps away—it felt like our own private paradise.The home came equipped with every amenity you could think of (and then some!). One standout feature was the open-roof shower in one of the bedrooms—such a unique and luxurious touch.The house was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. We truly can’t say enough good things about this property and would definitely book it again.The host was incredibly accessible and responsive throughout our stay. She checked in with us via text, answered all our questions quickly, and even reached out during Hurricane Erin to make sure we were safe and well taken care of. Truly 5-star service all around.The only downside was the construction happening on both sides of the house—one side was a renovation and the other a new build. The noise started quite early, around 6 a.m., which wasn’t ideal for a relaxing vacation. However, that was out of the owner’s control and didn’t take away too much from our overall experience.All in all, a fantastic stay in a beautiful home with unbeatable proximity to the beach!

We did not want to go home!

I can't say enough of our family vacation in PR. My family loves to vacation in PR and this is the perfect home for us! There is something for each member of my family! The house is beautiful, warm, comfortable and the view is over the top! Diane is amazing keeping up to make sure we had everything we needed. I can't say enough! We are already dreaming of another stay!

Wonderful stay

Our family of 7 adults and four children thoroughly enjoyed the house and beach. The children were able to all fit in the room with the day bed and trundle and full( or queen?) bed with their own bathroom. As the Grandma I got to enjoy the queen bed room which has the best view of any room- could sit in bed and stare at the ocean. Having the upstairs living room with a door to close it off was so helpful to keep the others from hearing the kids early in the morning. The stairs down to the beach are literally at the end of the driveway- so convenient for all the back and forth. The calmness of the bay was also great for the young ones. We spent most of our time on the beach but also enjoyed a day in the rain forest and an afternoon in Old San Juan. Highly recommend Diane’s place and she is very attentive, checked in frequently to be sure all was going well.

Paradise in Dorado

This place is beautiful. It is located inside a gated community in Dorado. The entire house was spacious and immaculate. A huge plus was the house back up Generator which came on during a major storm, it was a true lifesaver. The house is 100% Ocean front property, which provided awesome views of the Caribbean ocean from the upstairs or downstairs Patio. The owner was very nice and attentive. While we were there, we had a small problem that needed attention. I called her and she sent someone over right away and had it repaired it immediately.

Amazing property and great host!

My family and I had an amazing vacation. Diane was helpful every step of the way. The property is just like the photos and we all had our space and could gather on the huge back deck to watch the waves and relax. Dorado has fun restaurants and San Juan is a short drive away. Nothing short of stellar

This stunning home has it all! If you're looking for a view, you cannot do better. It's feet from the water and there is tons of outdoor seating on the main level and upstairs to enjoy the 180 degree views. The bedrooms are all spacious and the beds/bedding/pillows are some of the most comfy I've experienced. The bathrooms are plentiful and modern. The home itself is nicely laid out, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you will need - more extras than I have ever seen. The gated community is very safe and close to restaurants. Check in and out and communication were so quick and easy. Steps to the beach are right next to the home. I highly recommend this home!!

Great Winter Getaway

My family and I enjoyed Diane's luxury oceanfront home. There was plenty of space for my family of 8. The views were amazing. She has went above and beyond to provide amenities for our family to help us be comfortable throughout our stay. The home is located less than 10 mins from several beaches, we were able to visit 2 of them. Would recommend for anyone traveling to Puerto Rico and wants to stay somewhere that provides a serene environment and peaceful experience.

Amazing and Increible Place

If anyone wants to visit Puerto Rico I recommend this 5 star plus property. You will find absolutely everything you need. You feel like you are in your own home. The service of the owners was incredible, attentive to all our needs and then the place was incredibly beautiful, the beach was perfect, the views were luxurious and the gated and secure community. El Dorado is an incredible place so therefore I tell you. This is the property that you should rent. I am already making my next arrangements to visit the island of enchantment again and of course in this beautiful property. Diane Thank you very much for everything.

This house is great for a group! Beautiful views, big open space to hang out, fully equipped kitchen, 5 comfortable bedrooms and the nicest hostess who went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful!!!

Amazing house! We loved our time in PR because of this house. The decks are incredible, the house is so well stocked, the kitchen as well as everywhere else. The area in front of the house was beachy with rocks which the kids (adult and young) loved exploring. While the lagoon was incredible! We would get up every morning and watch the sea turtles in the sea grass, it was magical. The lagoon/beach was never busy, we were normally the only ones there even though it was huge. Diane was so wonderful, easy to communicate with and so nice (even when I called her about silly things like lobster fishermen! ) I have stayed in so many rentals and this was the best! The kitchen was super functional, the bar area the same! The upstairs outdoor shower was unique and awesome (even during a thunderstorm!) the beds were super comfy and the sheets were so soft! Diane has done an awesome job of making a vacation home for all ages! 100% highly recommended!

Wonderful family vacation in Puerto Rico

We had a fabulous trip at this beautifully equipped and decorated property. Great communication with host Diana. Our trip consistent of 8 adults, visiting family on the island. Location was great, easy access to stores/restaurants. Beach is just a few steps away, with surprisingly good snorkeling and beautiful elkhorn coral reef. Snorkeling gear is provided along with beach towels/chairs/life vests. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. We ate out on 2 evenings and grilled at home the rest of the stay. Having access to 2 refrigerators was nice to plan for a larger group. Plenty of seating for a larger gathering. We were able to host 14 people for dinner one evening. The main floor of the house does have a couple of steps from the main entrance/master bedroom and the main dining room that can be unsafe for anyone with mobility or eyesight issues but we had no trouble with this. This area on island continues to suffer from power outages, even on clear days so having a working generator at the house was necessary. The generator is powerful enough to be able to comfortably stay indoors while power returns. Small crabs occasionally make it into the house which are fun to watch. Outdoor deck has spectacular views and great space for morning stretches/yoga. Yoga mats would be a great addition. No hot tub or bicycles as on initial listing but this has been fixed. Our stay was exceptional, and we would again eagerly stay at Diana's gorgeous beachside property in a heartbeat.

Las Terrazas

This is a magical place. We were a family of 10 (5 adult couples) and fit super comfortably. Over the years we have experienced many vacation rentals, condos, houses, etc and this is what the top looks like. Depending on which family member you asked, you'd get a different reason why the house is so special. Some liked the rooms with vistas out onto the ocean blue, others liked the big terrace with palm trees growing through it, easy beach access, solitude (neighbor houses weren't being used), the decor, modern amenities and you can't forget Diane, the host. I've worked in the hotel industry for 20 years and she is a professional. It is obvious through our various communications that she goes above and beyond in order to make sure her guests are well taken care of and have what they need. Today I asked my dad (a man of few words) if he liked Puerto Rico. He said yes, followed by, I really liked the house. If you are looking for a large place that's RIGHT on the water, within 45 minutes of San Juan, and a 5 minute drive to restaurants and grocery stores, look no further. Because of its relative seclusion, better to have a car. Not impossible to use taxis and ubers, but you will have to wait 20 to 30 minutes. I miss it already. We will be back. Thank you Diane!

Not just saying this - BEST Host I've Ever worked with

I have only good things to say about my 5 day stay here and I would most certainly do it again / recommend others to do so. House: The house was beautiful and had an incredible view of the ocean. The porch was accommodating for a large group of people to enjoy and my friends and I spent quite a bit of time out here grilling and smoking cigars and just having a great time. We were a very short walk to beach access, which was definitely a huge bonus. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. We had every utensil, appliance, cookware, etc. that we needed to make ourselves at home. With multiple common areas, the large group of us we comfortable in staying as a group and playing games or splitting off into 2 separate groups doing 2 separate activities comfortably. Host: The preparation and attention to detail from the host was on another level. The house included the most robust first aid kit I've ever seen (which we had to use and were glad to have it). There was a basket of business cards and brochures of different resources for us to use during our stay here. There is a large game selection in the closet, and a beautiful Chinese checkers table in the living room. Never did I think I would see the day that, at a bachelor party, Chinese checkers would be the main attraction. Diane was very communicative and ready to help with ANYTHING at all times during our stay. We spent the most of our trip at the house (which was not the plan) because it was so amazing. Thanks!

Beautiful Villa on the ocean.

Our stay at this gorgeous house was wonderful! The place is clean and spacious, beautifully decorated, well stocked with quality materials. The deck is so spacious and is furnished for a large group. The host stayed in communication with us for the whole duration and answered any questions we had. She also allowed us to checkout as late as we wanted. I would love to book this place again.

Home in Paradise

Traveled to Puerto Rico with 9 family members for Spring Break and this was the perfect house for all of our needs. Fantastic location in Dorado and an easy drive from San Juan. The house has such incredible views and multiple decks to enjoy them from. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and a lovely living room. Large sundeck accessible from the living room and two of the bedrooms. One bedroom even has a shower located outside. It’s the only place you can get a tan while showering! Downstairs has one large master bedroom off the front entry. It has a large kitchen with a breakfast nook and a small room off the kitchen with additional space for meal prep. The refrigerator was well stocked with condiments and even some wine and beer from prior guests. Dining room seats 8 easily or even 10 if needed. Living room opens out to a massive deck with plenty of furniture for the entire family. There’s even a bar with a refrigerator just off the dining room. This house was very well stocked for all of our needs and especially well stocked for the beach, which was an easy walk down the stairs just off the driveway. We had plenty of towels, beach chairs, a couple of blow up floating lounge chairs, a kayak, paddle board and even snorkeling equipment. The tide pools just below the house were fun to explore. Diane, the owner, was amazing. She was very communicative, made us feel like family and responded to every question we had. Will definitely return to Puerto Rico and this beautiful home.

Best Host Ever!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Diane is by far the most incredible host, and we’ve stayed at several rentals. Her home is gorgeous , beautifully decorated and has everything you need! The kitchen is well stocked. Nice beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle board, kayak, snorkel equipment , nice beach towels, I could go on and on! Her recommendations were spot on. Did I mention she is the BEST HOST EVER!!!

Beautiful Home, beautiful view, great vacation

We had a fantastic stay, the house is beautiful. The view is even more beautiful than the pictures do justice. It is in a gated community with a beach just out the door and down some stairs that we basically had to ourselves. It is close to a great hiking trail just to the west, the town around the house has some great restaurants. The owner is extremely attentive and communicates throughout. We had a cracked coffee carafe and she was there a couple of hours later with a new coffee maker. You will not feel neglected. It's a wonderful place to relax and a great jumping off point to go explore Puerto Rico. We will visit again. Thanks Diane!

Perfect for a Big Chill Weekend

The house was gorgeous. A perfect combo of en-suite bedrooms/bathrooms and common outdoor living.Very clean, very well equipped which we appreciated bc we cooked in a few nights. The protected cove with a beautiful beach was just steps away. Diane was a perfect hostess; she checked in occasionally, answered questions promptly, and made good suggestions. Enjoy!

Puerto Rican Paradise

WOW WOW WOW! What else is there to say that hasn't already been said? 5 Stars all around. I knew the property was special from the listing. Diane is the ultimate host. The house is furnished with top notch amenities, linens and towels and the beds are amazing. The art work and decor is beautiful. Diane answered every question sometimes before I even asked! She has the system perfected and will make you want for nothing. there wasn't anything that we went looking for that we didn't find. Just perfect! The Dorado area is uniquely beautiful and you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. The price might seem high but comparatively speaking it it a bargain. This is our third trip to Puerto Rico and by far was our best experience. Ubers are very reasonable if you are traveling to San Juan. My son was married in Old San Juan and we had a rental car but still relied in Uber on many occasions. Just book this magnificent property if you have the opportunity, you will love it!
