The host and property manager, Dianna, were always available to assist and answer any questions we had. They were truly excellent. We stayed as a party of seven, six adults and one child, and the villa was perfectly suited for our group. The property was exceptionally well stocked and by far the most well-equipped vacation home we’ve ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need was provided and each shower was also stocked with full-size body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The included golf cart was amazing. There is a quiet pool directly across from the villa, which was lovely, but we spent most of our time at the beach pool area. We stayed during a transition period when the property was shifting from the St. Regis to the Four Seasons, so a few amenities were temporarily closed. That said, it was actually very nice because the resort was not crowded. The beach club pool area is beautiful and immaculately kept. There is a bar and restaurant (closed for most of our stay), and the service was excellent. A lifeguard was always on duty. The pool is not heated but towels, sunscreen, and lemon water were always provided. There is an adults-only pool area on the upper level and a family pool on the lower level. If you love nature, this place is truly a dream. The grounds are beautifully established and maintained with an incredible level of care. There is an on-site animal sanctuary.
