The Space:

Welcome to Villa Merchán, a spacious four-story villa in the private Golf East community of Dorado del Mar. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, this beautiful property features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, three king-size beds, a private outdoor patio, access to a swimming pool, and an automatic backup generator for added peace of mind.



First Floor – Living & Outdoor Spaces



The main floor features a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, TV room, and a half bathroom. Step outside to enjoy the patio, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the nearby golf course. Whether you're enjoying breakfast outdoors or relaxing in the evening, it's a great space to unwind.
