Onze 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers (8 personen) Villa Serena is omgeven door tropische planten voor een geweldig binnen / buiten leven.

5 minuten lopen naar enkele van de mooiste stranden in Puerto Rico en 10min. naar het vliegveld, Old San Juan, restaurants en winkels.

Op het terrein zelf is een grote hoeveelheid planten en bomen, en dit heeft tot gevolg dat het een kleine oase voor vogels wordt en een veelheid aan coquí, een kleine boomkikker die bijna onzichtbaar is voor het oog (het is de grootte van een kleine vingernagel). De planten en bomen helpen stadsgeluiden te isoleren, en de liederen van de vogels overdag en de coquís 's nachts geven je het gevoel alsof je op het platteland bent.

Dit huis met 3 slaapkamers / 2 badkamers is volledig voorzien van airconditioning en is smaakvol ingericht. Het beschikt ook over een terras dat u uitnodigt om te ontspannen en te genieten van uw vakantie.

OPMERKING: Wanneer u via HomeAway boekt, worden er kosten in rekening gebracht voor verhuur, schoonmaak en 7% toeristenbelasting. There were ample towels for our group of 7. We especially enjoyed having multiple spacious seating areas inside and out. The air conditioning was strong in each room and the icing on the cake was being welcomed with cheese, eggs, beer, rum and milk.

Great spot for our families

It was in a great spot, easy to get to everything, right by the beach, and a short hop to lots of great restaurants and shops. The staff were very communicative and helpful. We were there with two families and felt comfortable with the amount of space.

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing time at this property. The hosts even had some food items like coffee, bread, eggs, milk and juice for us to use our first day. The house was so comfortable and beautiful. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. I would stay here again and am grateful for all of the support I received from the moment I arrived to the moment we left. I already miss the house! Superb stay, highly recommend it!

You would definitely need a vehicle to get to everything it like a ten minutes drive which makes it awesome cause your near everything like right in the middle and plus as soon as you pull out the community beautiful view of the ocean and house is secure and cozy several amenities there to help with cooking and washing I'll definitely be back

The water pressure went out for a few hours but it began to flow again. May have to purchase pots and pans I had to fry steaks in the little pan and the big pot but it worked out my steaks were delicious. I couldn't find the trash bags so called Marco and the bags were brought right over Thanks! Overall the house is very spacious, beds are comfy and its a gated community which we appreciated. The house is stocked up with alot of beach chairs, towels, books and games to play with family. There's alot kitchenware and appliances. Thanks

Best house for groups!

The location was excellent and the Marco Polo team were excellent every step of the way. Even though our flight was early they were able to at least accommodate our bags so we wouldn’t have to carry them while waiting to check-in. The house had everything we needed and felt right at home. Even the kitty that roams the exterior of the property was welcoming. Will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Location is good, assuming you have a car (we did). The gated community aspect is nice from a safety perspective however it makes walking anywhere almost impossible unless you want to go out and around. The property requires about 6 keys to successfully work the front gate, front door and car parking. Once you figure out what goes where it's fine but is a little confusing at first.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was well appointed and communication with the property management was fantastic! I would recommend replacing the shower heads, area rugs, and the couches have probably lived their lives. We would absolutely stay here again!

Christmas in the Caribbean

The house is exactly as pictured in the photos. The kitchen is big enough & has enough equipment to make meals. A real plus was closeness of the local market, literally 2 blocks away. My favorite part of the house was the outdoor space, a great place to sit, read, play games & relax. A nice home base to explore P.R. A suggestion would be to ask for a side door key for all the side doors in & out of the community, it will make your life easier.

Lovely home with a lot of the comforts of home.

The place is as described - walking distance to the beach and central to many of the attractions in San Juan. The property manager was very responsive and always available. They left a lovely welcome package with everything from drinks, milk, bread, eggs, etc that you will need to get settled in and avoid running to the store as soon as you get there. We appreciated that a lot! Some of the beds need to be upgraded - sagged a bit in the middle and there were a few leaks (maybe due to the constant rains and hurricanes) but property manager addressed them quickly. I would recommend this property.

Vacation with College Age Kids

We had an amazing time in Ocean Beach and Old San Juan was 10 minutes away. The house met our needs and was fully equipped for all our needs including a bbq. We were welcomed by a site manager when we called and she assisted us getting settled. The only detractor of the stay was the nightly power outages. One night was only twenty minutes, but another was over two hours. If we come back to Puerto Rico, I would definitely stay here again. The house kitty that visited made our stay feel like we were at home. (We have 4 cats) The coqui in the garden sang to us through out the night and it truly felt like a tropical vacation.
