Tucked away in the tropical paradise of Coco Beach Grand Reserve Golf and Country Club in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. With views of El Yunque National Rainforest. Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath home private office that sleeps 8. Stocked Kitchen, a wet bar with wine fridge, living room, dining room, and 3 balconies and a terrace. Have fun hanging out downstairs in the patio sitting area with BBQ and awesome breeze. You don’t have to bring anything, only food and your bathing suits, because everything is provided in the house such as towels, dinnerware, and kitchen appliances such as microwave, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and utensils to cook your meals. All Bathrooms include basic toiletries and has hot water. It is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms, living room, and dining room Netflix, Hulu, Roku TVs, and high-speed internet, WIFI are all included. Walking distance to both the Beach and Golf Course. We offer 2 Free Parking and there is a Golf Cart available to use (not a mode of transportation and at times it goes under maintenance) and take to the beach. Our Villas Del Mar neighborhood offers: Beach access, the beach parking lot is located on the left side across from the Golf Club House. There is plenty to do whether you golf, want to horseback ride, zip line, hang out in the waterfalls nearby in the Rain Forest, take the ferries to see the beautiful nearby Islands of Culebra, and Vieques, a short 30 Minute drive to the Bioluminescent Bay Tours or just relax by the beach every day. we really enjoyed our stay at this property. We used it as home base for all of our rain forest adventures. The host was fantastic and the house had everything we needed and more. Princess has an amazing check in packet that explains everything in great detail along with many suggestions for the area. We felt very secure as the house is on the resort grounds of the Hyatt Grand Reserve. There is a manned gate at the front of the property as well as another gate to enter the neighborhood. The location was great as we were able to get to Luquillo Beach and also El Yunque Rain Forest in less than 20 min. The house was very clean. The air conditioning worked great in every room. (The AC was turned off when we arrived, so we just turned them on and went to the local grocery store to grab supplies and when we got back, everything was cooled off). There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. There is one bedroom downstairs and two bathroom. It made it easy to let them wife have the master bathroom while I used the other bathroom to shower since it was just outside our bedroom door. The living area with TV is upstairs. There is a ton of space on the different patios both upstairs and downstairs. Like I said, the house had everything we needed and more. There were beach chairs and a tent, there were a couple of ice chests that we used to go take drinks to the beach. We didn't use the golf cart but it was there. Would recommend this house!

Lots of room i side and out. Multiple areas for mumfiple people and all are large enough to accommodate the entire group. Plus 4bathrooms is always good. Safe area close to Hacienda Siesta Alegre for the weddi g.

Our family LOVED this house and the surrounding beauty of the golf course with the mountains in the background. It was well furnished with pretty much everything we needed and was close to the attractions we wanted to see while there. Amazing memories!

Our multi-generational group of eight found everything we needed in this lovely, well-appointed home: comfortable accommodations for everyone, a quiet neighborhood, multiple areas for everyone to relax outdoors among the gorgeous, lush plants, and good proximity to all of our planned activities. Our rented vehicle was all we needed to get everywhere we wanted to be, and we looked forward to coming "home" every evening. It was a wonderful experience for us!

Very well kept older home. Extremely well decorated with all the amenities you could one. Just bring your clothes and toiletries. Princess is a Superb hostess and ensured we had a great time. Even my teenage grandsons put their electronics long enough to enjoy and that’s a feat. Thank you!

My boyfriend and my four kids ages 11, 14, 15, and 20 stayed at the property from March 27th- April 1st. From the moment we pulled up, we were in amazement at how beautiful the outside of the property was. Once we entered, we were in awe at the cleanliness and beauty of the property. Not only was it spacious, it had enough rooms for us to not be cramped on top of each other. There were four full baths that made showering much easier for everyone. The home was well stocked with all of the essentials you could imagine and then some! Princess thought of everything! We had the ease of really enjoying our stay and not focusing on what the property didn’t have; that was never the issue. Beds comfy! The office area was one of my favorite rooms. I was able to finish up some small details for work as my boyfriend and the kids who were able to stay on task with very small amounts of schoolwork. It was like home away from home! The pictures are exactly like the home as well as the descriptions but once arriving it will blow your mind! My three girls enjoyed the upper and lower patios and my 15 year old LOVED laying in the hammocks. I highly recommend this property and when we return next year, we are booking! It’s in a great location. The beach is beautiful. We drove and walked a very short distance to the beach. We loved our stay. This property made our me and the kids first trip to Puerto Rico one to remember!

Princess' home was a wonderful, clean, spacious place for my family of six to rest and recharge in Puerto Rico. We really enjoyed the lay out of the home and the outdoor space and beautiful gardens. We felt very safe in this neighborhood and enjoyed walking or taking the golf cart to the small primitive beach nearby. The older kids enjoyed surfing at La Pared which is about 15 minutes away and the younger kids enjoyed playing in the sand beneath the shade of a palm tree.

My family of 6 all loved the house. It was comfy and had several places to either gather or escape to read or relax. My 2 adult sons, and their gals, loved the quick trek to the beach for sunny during the day and enjoying the sunset. Security in the area was impressive, neighbors were quiet and communication with Princess great! I highly recommend!

The house is gorgeous. The outside living areas are perfection and so fun for hanging around after a day at the local beach, or an evening drink or two. Such a quiet neighborhood, perfectly located near many activities and great restaurants. The golf cart to the beach was so much fun. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms well stocked, and plenty of outdoor supplies available including beach towels, chairs, coolers, and toys for outside play. The house was very clean, but many of the dishes were dirty upon arrival so we felt the need to wash them all. I would recommend leaving some cleaning supplies behind so we can wipe down counters and tables throughout the stay. Otherwise she had everything you could need there in the house including sun screen, bug spray, candles, games. Princess was readily available for questions and full of suggestions on where to go and places to eat. The guest book in the home is a great idea. We got many suggestions from there as well. Overall, you will LOVE this house and its location. A very sweet tropical getaway surrounded by lovely plants.

The property is excellent—well-maintained, fully equipped, and perfect for a beach vacation. It’s conveniently located near El Yunque National Park, making it a great choice for families looking to stay outside the main San Juan area. The host is very responsive, and communication is quick and easy. The only suggestion I’d make is to upgrade the old-style gas oven, as it can be a bit tricky to use, especially with kids around. Aside from that, everything else was top-notch. Highly recommend!
