'This is a beautiful property, with decks overlooking the Salish Sea on all 3 levels. Very quiet, with only harbor seals and river otters to be seen. The stairway down from the parking location to the house entrance was well worthwhile for such a wonderfully situated house!'

'This may be the best VRBO experience we have ever had! Upon arrival, the view from the floor to ceiling windows was spectacular! Everything was as advertised and more, and we wanted for nothing. Our host was always prompt with her communications and told us everything we needed to think about to enhance our stay. I would definitely request to stay here again if the opportunity arises.'

'Overall, we had a great stay. The house is clean and in a great location — about halfway between Eastsound and Moran state park. We appreciated the fenced backyard for our dogs. Only negative was that there isn’t a ton of seating in the living room (one couch and a few papasan chairs that were low to the ground), which might be something to consider if you’re coming with more than 2 adults (kids probably wouldn’t mind the papasan chairs as much).'

'Out of all of the places that I rented this is the one where the pictures just do not do it justice! The place is amazing and so cool!! It’s much bigger than I thought and more breath taking than we can imagine! All amenities are included , wifi was awesome and such a private stay! If I could give a 10 star I would !! We only stayed a couple of days but you could stay much longer and be happy! The experience and pictures make it so worth it!!'

'Great retreat off the beaten path. About equal drive time to Anacortes, LaConner or Deception Pass/Oak Harbor. Great sunroom to watch the eagles, gulls and herons on the mud flats. '

'The property was amazing, but where else can you go were you can feast on fresh fruit everywhere you walk or drive? We didn’t want to leave.'

'This home had everything necessary. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the whole house. Better than some hotels! The towels were super soft, the toiletries provided were of high end brand (Gilchrist and Soames), and the extra blankets were nice to have. The view was beautiful and there was a cute little beach one could walk to. We were able to cook and grill - the kitchen was well-supplied. I think the smaller pan could be replaced, but other than that I don't have any recommendations....

'Cute little eclectic cabin! Just 20 minutes away from Mount Vernon tulips and Street Fair! There's some delicious places to eat nearby, check the Google map reviews! We got outstanding muffin pastries at The Store and incredible seafood specials at Fidalgo Drive in! Looking forward to escaping again!'

'The space is very well kept and cozy. The only downsides are the noisy area directly outside the door (a bar and grill), the parking isn't great, the entrance is in an alley with dumpsters from said bar and grill, and the view of the water isn't as great as I had hoped but overall the property manager and the room itself were great.'

'Makkelijk dat het op loopafstand van de ferry van Friday Harbour is. Ruime, nette kamer. Vrij ' anoniem' hotel. Meer een motel eigenlijk. Onder ons waren ze een kamer aan het verbouwen. Dit hadden ze ons niet vermeld. Hot tub en zwembad zijn lekker, handdoeken voorradig.'
