Ervaar Pismo Beach als nooit tevoren in dit aantrekkelijke appartement in Bella Vista, een beveiligd beveiligd complex - op slechts een steenworp afstand van de pier. Geniet van het uitzicht op de oceaan of maak een korte wandeling naar het strand, centraal gelegen in het centrum van Pismo Beach. De hoofdslaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer en een luxe kingsize bed, waar u kunt ontspannen en uw favoriete programma's kunt bekijken op de gloednieuwe high-definition flatscreen-tv. Met een queensize bed in de tweede slaapkamer en een comfortabele slaapbank in de woonkamer (voorzien van kussens en beddengoed), kan dit thuis weg van huis comfortabel plaats bieden aan maximaal 6 personen. De woonkamer biedt nog een HDTV; beide zijn smart-tv's die volledig zijn uitgerust met Netflix, Hulu en CableTV. Na een lange dag op het strand, kom naar huis en kijk een Blu-ray-dvd of luister naar muziek op het Sonos-streaming muzieksysteem. De volledig uitgeruste keuken heeft een raam met uitzicht op de prachtige binnenplaats. Met het raam open hoor je de vredige fontein. Dit is een gelijkvloers appartement met lift toegang tot de voordeur. Gated parking voor 1 voertuig, parkeerpas voor een extra voertuig. Full size wasmachine en droger.

Perfect Family Weekend Getaway

The Hosts were super efficient in communicating with picture how to check in. Once inside there were numerous laminated cards explaining all the amenities. The location could not have been more perfect. 2 blocks from everything - the beach, shopping, restaurants, fun, everything. We walked the 2 blocks to the beach faster than the cars could make it 1 block. As everyone was stressing over parking and traffic we walked 2 blocks and went everywhere. Plus the apartment was spacious with a family of 5. The gated building was very nice and has a well kept courtyard with nice mature plants. Overall very welcoming, clean and we loved it!!

A fun stay at Pismo with easy access to downtown!

Our family had a very nice stay at this spacious condo just steps away from all the Pismo hot spots, restaurants, and the beach/pier! In our down time we all put together a puzzle and did some coloring in a color book. This was a relaxing stay with all the amenities we'd want. The owner took pride in helping to make our stay comfortable and was responsive when we had a question. We hope to come again soon for another stay!

Great location and perfect stay for family of 4

We absolutely loved being just a 2 minute walk away (if even?) from the main strip of Pismo Beach. The space was perfect for our little family, with all the basic amenities you'd expect and full kitchen. The living/dining/kitchen area is all open concept so it was perfect for us to be together and keep an eye on our little ones. Tons of resturants and food options nearby made life so much easier for us to not have to cook for our entire vacation. We particularly loved the brewery that was 2 buildings away from this condo complex. ;) We felt super safe here and everything went smoothly. Elizabeth (the owner) was fantastic and easy to communicate with. Our only "con" was we found the bed in the master bedroom to be uncomfortable, so we actually opted to sleep on the pull out sofa instead after night 1. The pull out had a memory foam pad on it and was a bit better for us. Maybe we are just picky! Despite that we'd stay again and definitely hope we can do a repeat trip here in the future!

This place had everything we needed plus more! This condo is very comfortable and the Nespresso coffee was amazing for a great cup of coffee in the morning! Amazing location close to pier, food and shops. Definitely recommend! The host was great with communication and allowing us to check in early!

Property is conveniently located close to the beach and places to eat. Nice and quiet building with great parking. The condo was very clean and very relaxing to hangout after a day at the beach. Break away from the San Joaquin air quality

The room was super comfortable, and the elevator helped tremendously for my mother which is unable to climb stairs. Also because of the close proximity to many restaurants we were able to walk. We will definitely stay again.

Very comfortable, clean, safe, perfect location to walk everywhere, covered, gated parking a definite plus. We were part of a larger group that vacations here every summer around the same time, and they were staying in another property around the corner, so it couldn't have been more convenient! The condo had everything we could have needed with the only exceptions of black-out curtains in the bedrooms, and a full- length mirror, but not deal- breakers by any means. Communication with the owners was exceptional. We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect spot to enjoy Pismo Beach and surrounding areas

We had a fabulous four day stay at this lovely property, which was well furnished, equipped and just 3 blocks from the beach and pier. Super clean and many nice touches throughout. We appreciated our long morning walks and great proximity to SLO, Arroyo Grande and Paso Robles. Elizabeth was a kind and very responsive landlord. In fact, she went beyond expectations by allowing us to arrive early and stay late. We will be back. Thanks, Elizabeth!!

This property was within walking distance to everything! The condo was clean and neat and met all of our needs. All communication can be done on text - the check-in and check-out was very easy. We had 2 parking spaces, one under cover. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect In Every Way!!!!

This was our first time visiting Pismo so we were unfamiliar with the area. It was a bit hard to make a decision on where to stay because we had no idea of what to expect. When I saw this property it fit what we were looking for but we still had no idea how it would be when we actually arrived. Well, it exceeded expectations. The location is ideal. Directly off the freeway with on/off freeway access. Since the location is near to the freeway (but no freeway noise), you are not stuck in the Pismo Beach traffic heading down to the beach. This is key. It literally is two short blocks to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and all of the fun. It is actually on the main street in Pismo, in the best location possible in my opinion. You can walk to the beach faster than the cars can drive to the beach. The location is also very quiet. Away from the hustle and bustle, but still very close to everything. Parking guaranteed in gated building and then walk everywhere. The unit itself is impeccable. Very clean & comfortable. My only suggestions is to add a full length mirror, but this is so minor. I was just trusting my instincts that my outfits looked decent! But it’s the beach so no need to worry about outfits! I know that this will be our go-to place to stay in Pismo from here on out. Great communication from owners. An added bonus was their July 4th decorations at the complex. We had a fabulous stay and look forward to returning to this lovely condo.
