Avila Beach Ocean Front Condo

Luxe oceaan 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers condo, boven de historische Avila Grocery Store gevestigd. Geniet van het geweldige uitzicht en ontspannen bij het geluid van de branding. Slaapkamer heeft queen bed, TV met digitale kabel, en een eigen badkamer. Tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed, tv met combo VCR / DVD-speler (geen kabel). Groot terras met uitzicht op het strand en de pier met outdoor eettafel en aardgas geleverd BBQ grill. Woonkamer heeft TV flatscreen met digitale kabel, draadloos internet, gas open haard, en de bank omgezet in een queen sleeper. Extra slaapplaatsen is ook voorzien van een dubbele opklapbed en een dubbel luchtbed. Beddengoed is aanwezig voor alle slaapplaatsen. Mooie keuken met roestvrij stalen apparatuur, granieten toonbanken, ijsblokjesmachine koelkast, vaatwasser, magnetron. Volledig uitgerust met kookgerei, servies, kleine apparaten, beddengoed en bad, breng wat je nodig hebt om te gaan tot het zand. Gestapelde wasmachine en droger. Geschikt voor maximaal 8 personen.

Perfect location , some things in disrepair. Coffee table about to collapse and sink in one bathroom barely drain and master bed mattress not very comfortable and worn down. Despite that , the location is amazing and worth it.

Incredible Location in Avila!

We stayed here when attending a family wedding that was nearby. This is a PRIME location in Avila that gives you great access to Avila Beach, the restaurants/shops, and anything you want to do in Avila. There is even a tandem parking garage, so you do not have to work to find limited parking in town. The view from the patio was incredible! We loved staying here! The beds were not the most comfortable beds, but it was not a big enough deal to impact our stay. There were also lots of bonus items that my family enjoyed such as board games/cards. There was even an outdoor shower to wash the sand off from the day on Avila Beach! We will stay here again!

Beautiful spot, perfectly furnished.

This is a gem of a property right off the sand in Avila Beach. Stayed with 2 kids, 2 parents, 2 grandparents, and the sofa sleeper and air mattress worked great. We really enjoyed sipping coffee watching the sunrise over the beach, and made great use of the grill with ribeyes and salmon on consecutive nights. Nice and quiet at night. I would love to come back again!

Perfect spot for Avila Beach

This condo is perfect for the location and layout! We had friends renting the condo next door and it was so nice to open up the patio and share it. The views from the patio are exceptional, we enjoyed it all hours of the trip. The beach is a few steps away which is amazing. The grocery downtlstairs has the best hot good as well as acai bowls downstairs... everyone enjoyed it! Great trip!

Ideal location

The condo is right on front street with beautiful views of the beach and ocean! Nice to have a 2 car garage when Avila gets covered up on the weekends. We enjoyed cooking a few meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The balcony is very large and we would have eaten at the outdoor table if not for the cold temps. The gas fireplace was a big plus and did a great job of keeping us warm and cozy. Had one issue with the stove but property management was quick to respond and get a service person to fix it. Would love to stay at this property again!

Avila Beach Magic

Hello everyone….our five day stay at Avila Beach oceanfront condo, directly above the Avila Market was outstanding and simply magical. This IS the best view of Avila Beach along the main drive. Access to all restaurants, shops etc. we’re within walking distance. We will definitely look forward to coming back here again as, this was our second time visiting this charming little beach town. We loved our time here…Thank you!

Beautiful Location but be prepared...

The pictures and location were amazing. We are very familiar with Avila Beach and knew the location was central everything in the town. The bedrooms are located in the back of the condo, so the common area has the amazing deck & view. All good, but the only thing I guess I didn't realize is the amount of stairs you had to climb to get to the condo. There's parking in a tight long garage where you can park tandem. But it's not very big, so definitely no large vehicles like an SUV/trucks. Then you need to climb a lot of stairs to get to the front door of the condo. You walk by 2 bedrooms to get to the kitchen, family room & deck with the view. The huge number of stairs was a biggie for me and my teenagers, but be aware not to pack heavy bags or if you are unable to climb a lot of stairs this isn't the condo for you. Otherwise, waking up to the sights and sounds of the ocean was pretty awesome!

Cool beach getaway

It was a nice spot on the beach. Location was really ideal with great views and close to everything. One of the bedrooms had no windows at all, which was kind of strange, air vents needed a bit of cleaning.
