Onlangs gerenoveerde 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers met absoluut spectaculair uitzicht op de oceaan, het strand en de pier in het centrum van Avila Beach. Dit toestel is geschikt voor maximaal 6 personen. Kingsize bed in de master, koningin in de tweede slaapkamer en een hoogwaardige dubbele kamer aero-bed voor de woonkamer. Slechts een blok van het strand en de promenade. Eigen terras met Off-straat parkeren voor 2 auto's, wasmachine en droger on-site, HDTV's in de woonkamer en slaapkamer, draadloos internet, een ronde eettafel voor 6 plus 2 barkrukken,

Amazing Location and Views!

We came to the Central Coast for wine tasting. This is the perfect house/condo for that! You have an amazing location, view, as well as comfortable beds, and accommodations. Would highly recommend and stay again!

We have stayed at this property two times. The views and location cannot be beat! The property is clean and stocked with everything you will need for your stay. We enjoyed doing the puzzles from the games closet on the rainy days.

Weekend trip with family

This was our first time visiting Avila Beach. The property was great! The view from the front balcony was beautiful and we made sure to sit outside and just take in the view, the sound of the waves and the fresh air. The location was only a block away from the beach and having access to the garage for parking made it less stressful. The unit was upstairs and had plenty of room for our entire family. We were close enough to have our daughter who attends CP SLO come and stay with us for the short weekend. Will definitely book agin in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Spot by the Beach

The condo is a block form the beach with a great view from patio of ocean front. You can hear the waves crashing at night when you sleep. Condo was well setup for our family get together. We had 3 at the place and 2 more staying at hotel around the corner. Condo was large enough for us to have several meals at the condo for all 5 of us.

The beach house is absolutely amazing. It’s actually really big and the ocean can be heard from every room. You get a big garage and another parking spot which really comes in handy. The best thing about this beach house is the patio. It is very spacious and looks right at the ocean. The living room also has several large windows with views of ocean. The place has everything you need cooking. The surrounding areas have restaurants, bars, wineries, goat farm, tons of walking paths and a golf course that is within walking distance. There are places to listen to live music a farmers market every week. Honestly my favorite place to vacation and my dog loved it so much too. I can’t say enough nice things about this beach house. will be returning to this place for my next big vacation.
