Very well appointed, with everything you'd want for your stay: kitchen with cooking spices and coffee brewer with pods, nice bathroom, and living room with a comfy couch area and smart TV. Also, the wifi is solid. Be prepared for the walk up - it's only one floor up, however, the stairs are steep. Was not an issue for us, but may be if someone in your group has limited mobility. '

'We felt like we were staying with family. Jaya and her husband were very accommodating into their very nice Loft apartment. The grounds and their house were very nice. There were oranges on the trees and grape vineyards in all directions. They discussed some upgrades that they have planned in the future. But it worked fine for the 2 of us as it is now.
