'We stayed one night and chose this property for its advertised “on the beach” location. Unfortunately, it did not meet expectations for the price. The room was decent but outdated, with no air conditioning. To get airflow, you must open doors/windows, but there are no screens, so bugs come in. Privacy is also limited, as people from the nearby park can see directly inside. A major issue was the train, which runs every 10–20 minutes and is very loud. 'Unit B314 was a great clean condo near the ocean! I loved the neutral calming blues and beach decor. The kitchen was furnished with many useful dishes and new appliances. The bath towels were nice and plush and very fresh white, they also had plenty of hangers and nice open shelving in the closets. The balcony upstairs was nice as well which allowed for a small glimpse of the ocean. The North Shore grounds were absolutely beautiful too! Our family would definitely love to come back again! '

'This rental worked out so good for our group of 8 which included 4 children. It is very spacious - the kitchen along with paper products were well stocked -lots of beach items were available - great parking options - beds were so comfortable and it’s close to the beach and downtown. The manager was quick to take care of any questions or concerns. I really can’t say enough good things about this location. '

'Our stay and stay at the North Coast Village. The rooms balcony rug was wet and dirty. The room overlooks the street below and is also across the street from railroad tracks. Throughout the day you will hear that train. Even early mornings. Although it was good to get out and the NCV is a very nice location the room we rented was did not have a good location on this property. Oceanfront is where I've stayed in the past; couldnt see any Ocean this time. Just traffic of people, cars and trains.'
