'Provisions Cafe is a 10/10, access to the ferry is a 5 minute walk. Only negative is there no market close. House is homey feel ready with easy access and good secure feel. Property Manager was in constant communication and ready to fulfill any and all needs. Very receptive to constructive criticism to help improve experience. 'Houseboat was incredible! Trust the GPS directions provided as we arrived later in the afternoon and it was getting dark. If you are not from the area you could get a little lost. Look for the Seaplanes and you are good!! Houseboat is right off the Mill Valley/Sausalito bike path. We rode our e-bikes EVERYWHERE and it was the best. The accommodations are amazing and we were so happy! Highly recommend!!'

'Unit itself was great for pets, and host was very gracious about having a furry guest! Dog bowls, towels, and treats were also provided. Place was clean and super comfortable. Only minor downside is that the neighborhood is not very walkable beyond Ash street, stuck in between two main thoroughfares with not much shoulder/sidewalk/trail space. But just a short 5-10 min drive into downtown Mill Valley! (Also great Wi-Fi speeds!)'
