Ik heb tijdens mijn roadtrip door Italië een nacht doorgebracht in het prachtige Oasi La Martina van Raffaela. Het huis heeft een rijke geschiedenis. Raffaela wist hier alles over te vertellen. Ook had Raffaela leuke verhalen en veel informatie over de regio. Toen ik ‘s avonds wilde gaan eten had Raffaela genoeg tips. Uiteindelijk bezorgde een tip van Raffaela ons het beste restaurant waar wij gegeten hadden tijdens onze roadtrip! In het huis leven ook huisdieren, maar deze blijven buiten het gastenverblijf. De dieren zijn overigens super leuk! De bedden lagen heerlijk en het ontbijt was vers. Ik zou iedereen aanraden om hier eens te gaan slapen!

Merci de tout cœur! Nous venons de signer juste aujourd'hui un nouveau contrat Wi-Fi sans être surs que la situation sera meilleure. C'est le prix pour vivre dans un petit paradis !

Immerso nella natura
Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa struttura che abbiamo usato come base d'appoggio per un concerto nella vicinanze. Posto ideale per chi ama gli animali, le piante e vuole passare dei momenti di tranquillità lontano dal caos cittadino. La nostra camera era grande, con travi a vista e pavimento in parquet. Senza tv, ma con un buon wifi, con una bella vista sul laghetto, un bagno moderno con una doccia ampia e dotata di quello di cui si poteva aver bisogno durante il soggiorno. La padrona di casa è sempre presente e pronta a rispondere ad ogni richiesta, ci ha anche fornito due bottiglie di acqua fresca per la notte, cosa molto apprezzata. Colazione all'italiana con pochi prodotti ma di qualità eccelsa

Siete stati i primi Ospiti ai quali abbiamo riaperto le porte dopo una pausa forzata lunghissima, tanto lunga da dubitare di riuscire a ricordare l'arte del ricevere. Leggere queste righe appaga e anche i croissant al burro (importati direttamente dalla Francia) ringraziano per l'apprezzamento!

Bellissima abitazione ristrutturata con particolare attenzione all'ambiente. Camere pulite e confortevoli.Buona la colazione. La proprietaria è gentile e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Se capiterà l'occasione sicuramente ci torneremo anche per salutare i suoi amici a quattro zampe che ci hanno accolto calorosamente.

Séjour parfait
Pour bien commencer une journée,il faut toujours avoir passé une bonne nuit…en séjournant dans cette magnifique bâtisse ce sera chose faite. Que ce soit l’accueil,la chambre,la salle de bain,le petit-déjeuner tout est fait à la perfection.chambre avec vue sur bassin à poissons et champ de vigne de même le matin au p’tit dej. N’hésitez pas vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Oasi di natura
il posto è incantevole, una vera oasi di pace e natura....sia la struttura che la camera molto romantica e ricercata...ottimo il materasso ed anche la colazione, servita davanti al laghetto: sembrava di essere in un quadro di Monet!!! La padrona di casa ha espresso tutta la sua passione per la natura e per gli animali e ci ha conquistato. Essendo immersi nella natura si può trovare qualche insetto o ragnetto: ma la cosa fa parte del contesto. Ci ritorneremo senz'altro, anche per il prezzo.

Petit paradis
On a très rarement trouvé une personne si gentille, si avenante. A l’écoute de ses clients, toujours à veiller sur leurs bien être, et puis avec son amour des bêtes on peut vous dire que pour notre petite Sally l’accueil était au delà de nos espérances, Quand au logement, on avait l’impression de vivre dans une villa somptueuse, voir un petit Versailles. Et que dire de la chambre! Il faut la voir pour y croire. Pour sûr que nous reviendrons c’est vraiment une oasis.

Landlig idyl.
Man vågner op til udsigten mod Appaninerne i det fjerne og en dejlig landlig fred. Huset er en moderniseret landejendom som også bebos af ejeren, som også agerer vært på bedste måde. Stedet er særdeles kæledyrsvenligt. Morgenmaden friskbagt fra lokalt bageri. Kan varmt anbefales.

La struttura è molto accogliente e ben accessoriata, inoltre è ricca di storia in quanto il primo nucleo risale al settecento. Molto ben tenuto anche il giardino. La gestione è molto attenta alle necessità degli ospiti, troverete cordialità e cortesia.

I cant praise this Oasi enough.
It was a very unusual stopover for me in that I had a car accident less than 1km from the house after driving 1100km that day from northern France (beware Google maps satnav as it suggested I should turn around when I was on the right road, which effectively led to the accident). Luckily I wasn't hurt, but I had already received a text from Raffaela asking if all was ok. Within minutes she had come to help and I ended up limping the car home and following her wise insistence to drive me to have some dinner. The local restaurant of her choice was fantastic with local produce prioritised and very tasty (and great value) pizzas. Plied with local red wine, I went back to enjoy her lovely and historic house and slept like a log in my comfortable bed. After an early breakfast, she really went out of her way to sort my car repairs, taking me nearly 20km to her local garage, who immediately rescued my vehicle, did the repairs and called us in little over an hour to say it was roadworthy again. She also drove me out of her way to find an ATM and we returned to a delicious lunch of local tomatoes, ham and parmesan, plus the best focaccia I have had in a while. In my spare hour I had walked around the vineyards just behind her house, laden with thick grapes and she brought out a sun lounger so I could sit by the pond and watch the carps and goldfish. It was perfect idyll in a quiet rural farming backwater just minutes from the highway. I will return and hopefully stay longer...

Un posto incantevole gestito con immenso amore dalla proprietaria sempre sorridente e gentile (è stato molto bello ascoltare i suoi racconti sulla storia della casa, del giardino e di tutte le piante che lo popolano). La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato era pulita ed arredata con grandissima cura, e ha una meravigliosa vista sul biolago. Colazione deliziosa! Consiglio davvero di trascorrere qualche giorno in questa Oasi di pace e natura.

An oasis in the country
A beautifully renovated property nestled out in the country amongst vineyards. The host was extremely attentive and friendly. The room was large and airy with beautiful views. Nothing was too much trouble. From booking dinner reservations to giving a tour of the property and sharing her considerable knowledge of all things flora and fauna. There are several cats and dogs there but all are very friendly.

This stunning small bed and breakfast just surpassed all our expectations. A labour of love for the owner Raffaela. We arrived to complete rural bliss, only the sounds of birds will disturb you. Firstly and importantly you must enjoy animals to stay here. The owner has many cats and dogs and a large pond with fish. She simply loves animals of all kinds and it's important her guests do too. Thankfully the animals are kept out of the bedrooms obviously and the house is spotlessly clean so you wouldn't know about them. The place has only 3 rooms and we had room 1 with a stunning view to the back of the property. We saw the pond and garden and the vineyards on all 3 sides. The room has a very comfortable bed and amenities. Perfectly balancing modern with traditional. The bathroom is superb with high ceilings and gorgeous natural light. All amenties were given with shower gel, soap, water bottles and a welcome chocolate treat. The room has under floor heating for winter. Rafeala was so warm and welcoming. We had a welcome message in WhatsApp when we got to the airport, directions and advice given immediately. She booked a place for lunch for us and recommended a restaurant for the evening in Modena. She gave us advice on local things to do as well as somewhere to see on our way to Verona. Nothing was to much trouble and communication was perfect. She is very happy to talk with you, giving a personal touch. Highly recommend this place for quiet, peacefulness!
