Apartment on the second floor of a small 2-story complex with a private pine grove, located about 100 m from the pedestrian center. The apartment is arranged over two levels: the lower floor features a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, and a terrace. Upstairs, accessible via an internal staircase, there is a double bedroom and an additional terrace. Amenities include TV, air conditioning, and a covered parking space.
