Our apartment is located on the ground floor featuring a private garden (not fenced), only 100mt from the beach. The space is composed of a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a separate kitchen, a bedroom with a double plus a single bed, a twin bedroom, and a full bathroom with a shower box. It can accommodate up to six guests. Equipped with a washing machine, A/C, TV, and one covered parking space.

-1 beach place per booking: 1 parasol, 1 sun chair, 1 sun lounger; assigned upon availability, starting from the 4th row

°Services/items not included - Mandatory > to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency:
-Security deposit: 100 Euros > to be returned at the check-out after the property inspection
-City tax

°Services/items not included - Optional and subject to availability > to be requested in advance and paid in cash upon arrival at the agency.
-Bed linen: 8 Euros per person/stay
-Set of towels: 8 Euros per person/stay
-Crib/Cot/High chair: 12 Euros per week
