The Gemini Residence is located in the relatively quiet but well-connected Bibione Pineda neighborhood on the beautiful Adriatic coast. The residence features its own rooftop pool. You’ll find various restaurants and shopping options in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach is just a few minutes’ walk away and offers entertainment for all ages, as well as playgrounds and a variety of water sports. In the center of Bibione, you’ll find a large promenade perfect for an evening stroll.
The cozy two-room apartment, Type B*, is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. The sleeping arrangements vary depending on the unit: In one layout, the bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the sofa bed in the living area provides two additional sleeping spots. In the other version, the bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps a total of three people, supplemented by a sofa bed in the living area for one additional person. The well-equipped kitchen comes with dishes, silverware, pots, a refrigerator, and a gas stove. A table, chairs, and a satellite TV are provided. The bathroom includes a toilet, a bidet, a shower, and a sink. The spacious, furnished balcony is perfect for relaxing. A covered parking space is available. The drive from the Italian border takes approximately 4 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early. In this case as well, departure on the previous day is possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach of Bibione Pineda is just a few minutes’ walk from the residence. While adults enjoy the sun or get active with one of the water sports options, children can make new friends and have fun in the sand. Paved access paths to the shoreline and the beach umbrellas ensure that the beach is accessible to strollers and people with disabilities.

The residence features a pool on the roof of the building, including a children’s pool. Sun loungers are available around the pool area.

The sandy beach, which slopes gently into the sea, is within easy walking distance. Bibione offers many playgrounds and children’s activities on the beach. If you need a travel crib or high chair for your child, you can rent them on site.

PETS
A maximum of 1 dog weighing up to 10 kg and measuring up to 50 cm is allowed and must be registered at the time of booking. Dangerous dog breeds are prohibited. Bibione has a dog beach, the Spiaggia di Pluto. Here, dog owners will find the perfect setting for a relaxing day at the beach with their dog. During the summer months, free dog training classes and agility courses are offered at the dog beach every Thursday. Bibione Pineda is the farthest part of Bibione, where the saltwater of the sea meets the freshwater of the lagoon. This part of Bibione got its name not least because of the large maritime pine forest. Even the streets in this area have been named after various plant and flower species. During the summer months, a shuttle bus offers a transfer service to the center of Bibione. There you’ll find various restaurants, nightclubs, and live music along the beach promenade. If you’re interested in boats, a visit to the Portobaseleghe marina is well worth your while. If you enjoy cycling or walking, we recommend exploring the area around Bibione Pineda on its nature trails.
