Spacious and comfortable apartment on the 1st floor with lift, located in a residence with a pool, at approximately 1,2km from the sea. It is composed of a living room with a kitchen and a double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower box and a spacious terrace facing south east. Equipped with A/C, and one uncovered parking slot.°Swimming pools are open seasonally (Mid June/Early September). The exact opening and closing dates vary between the residences and depend on the weather conditions or maintenance services.
