Villa divided in two apartments sharing a common garden, only 300mt from the beach. The ground floor boasts a covered patio overlooking the garden, an external bathroom with shower and a spacious living area with an open plan kitchen. The first floor is composed of a bedroom with a double plus a single bed, two bedrooms with two single beds, and a full bathroom with a shower box. Equipped with TV-sat, washing machine, and one covered parking space. It can accommodate up to seven guests.
