Three-level house for eight guests in a quiet residential complex where guests can enjoy a shared pool with a solarium, communal garden, and barbecue areas. The basement features a private garage (one parking space), a convenient bathroom with a shower, and a storage room. The mezzanine floor consists of a bright kitchen with a dining area, a living room with two single sofa beds, and a charming porch with a fireplace and direct access to the garden. The first floor offers three bedrooms: a double and two twins (one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed), a spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, plus two covered balconies. The house includes a washing machine, heating, A/C, TV-sat, microwave, and American coffee machine. Free Wi-Fi is available at the pool area. Beach distance: 1.5km. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations, and colours. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid-June/early September): dates vary due to weather or maintenance.
