'Overrated and overpriced. Facility is outdated, staff very cutthroat and unfriendly. They don't tell you about the restaurants schedules or closures. Buffet place service slow employees look unhappy as if they didn't want to be there. Waiters won't even offer drinks at the pool area. One time I had to literally stop a waiter and asked for drinks and she never brought me the drinks. When I checked out they didn't bother asking for any feedback. 'Very nice boutique hotel with nine rooms on a bluff overlooking Conejos Bay. Excellent pool and about a 15 minute walk along a steep trail down to the beach. Room was very nice and many rooms have ocean views. Nice breakfast is included. Food and drinks in the restaurant were also excellent. Staff were very helpful and service was great. I don’t like big all inclusive resorts and buffets so Casa Ceiba was my kind of place and I would highly recommend it for travellers who have similar...

'Very clean room, friendly staff, great location. It is comfortable and great for cooking meals. We were in a 3 bedroom Villa, the bedrooms were air conditioned but not the rest of the apartment. The ceiling fans and patio doors made it a comfortable temperature. Good value for a clean (not super fancy) and quiet apartment!'
