'Location is great. But this is really a two star place if that. They are trying, but there is trash around and non professional construction all over. Its really the price. If it werent 400 a night it could be justified.. It is short staffed and run by one woman who is kinda snobby. Cool land, cabns and buildings. But it wouldn’t take too much to clean up the plan, do some real landscaping and really make it into an oasis. So much potential! We picked up a bunch of trash up by the silver dome...

'Room was a bit small for four adults. The room only had three bath towels in it, though we reserved for four adults. Breakfast buffet was typical for Holiday Inn Express which means acceptable. Not gourmet, but tasty and filling. Quiet considering the location. Will stay again if we go back to the area and need a hotel.'

'The hotel was very smelly and questionable. The rooms were clean but we found lots o spiders in corners and in the bathroom as if the room was cleaned and not booked for a while. My biggest question is what's with the half pillows??? We had to sleep on half sized pillows like not even full size?? I would probably rather spend more and stay at a nicer hotel, but the breakfast was good'

'Property wants pets because they get 30 dollars a night per dog. Spent 3 nights for 180 dollars and the room was never cleaned a definite ripoff for pet owners. Room had dirty floors and the only available room on ground floor was a single king size bed'

'The what I'm Assuming manager took way too long to check in. It was already taken care of online. Yet why did it take 45 mins to check in no one in line etc. parking lot a nightmare. Dogs chained up the stairs out front. Room was fine '

'Parking was limited on the pool side . They only had 1 handicap spot and 5 other spots so if you got back late there was no parking close to the room so if your handicap its to far of a walk '

'Our stay was disappointing from the beginning. We arrived about 40 minutes early to check in, but the front desk was having issues with their system. We were told they had just switched to a new system, which was causing delays. Unfortunately, we had to get out of line multiple times and were not finally checked in until after 4 PM. Once we got to the room, there were several cleanliness and maintenance concerns. The bathroom had visible mildew/mold around the shower areas, dirty vents, rust...
