Plus... Location, cleanliness, helpfulness of staff, great pool area, lovely looking lobby, nice areas for small groups, good parking and within easy walking distance of San Quirico d'Orcia Minus... Dogs barking next door all night, poor WiFi connection in the end room where I was. Two single beds put together meant a ridge down the middle! Expensive breakfast (15€) for what it was.

10 dage i ferielejlighed uden rengøring, og ikke meget service venligt personale. Man kunne godt føle sig lidt til besvær når man henvendte sig til hotelpersonalet. Beliggenheden er der ikke noget at sætte en finger på.

We are sorry that you do not have good memories of our structure, having booked an apartment for self catering residence use, it is normal that you have not received cleaning, which instead you would have had every day by choosing room accommodation.The apartment solution is chosen by families who wish to manage their stay independently, in any case, as you were staying more than 7 days you received a change of linenWe are sorry for the staff, perhaps the difficulty in understanding the language made you think that they weren't friendly.Best Regards

Vidunderligt sted midt i indbegrebet af Toscana. Fantastisk udsigt over landskabet og små middelalderbyer på bakketoppene.

Facilities were fine. Nice pool Area which se really enjoyed. Minus: Air-con did not work Well. Service and communication was bad. Staff did not Seem to care about guests needs.

We are very happy that you enjoyed the swimming pool, perhaps on arrival we were not very clear about using the swimming cap, for the Covid-19 guidelines swimming without it is no longer allowed.
