'We enjoyed our one night stay here at the Marina Motel. Our exact room was right on Lombard St. which is HWY 101 so expect a lot of noise. Even though there were lots of noise, we enjoyed the stay. The room is very small so I would caution staying anymore than a couple nights, especially if you have older kids or more than 2 adults. 'We loved our stay in Howard’s apartment. The neighborhood is perfect for exploring in all directions—Richmond with all its great restaurants, Golden Gate Park and the de Young museum, the Presidio etc. Nearby Geary street gives you a. Straight shot downtown on the bus. Howard was very helpful and communicative and we particularly appreciated his letting us leave our luggage for a late pick up on our last day. 'I stayed here for a week to visit my brother. It was perfect walking distance and i did a lot more walking in San Francisco than i do at home! I wasn't at the hotel much during the day but it was quiet at night and i slept good! I had a small fan because I'm hot natured and that helped. The people at the desk were very nice and helpful.
