'Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!'

'Nelson and Miguel were very responsive. We had a few issues but everything was resolved in a timely manner. The house is in the mountains. Very close to stores within a 5-10 minute drive. There is a bakery on the up the road about an 2 minute drive that had the best fresh baked bread and pastries. Our neighbors had a cow which was nice to see in the mornings. The views from the back balcony are breath taking. '

'Always stayed in San Juan. The West is the Best. Stu was super easy to work with and had great restaurant suggestions. Highly recommend 413 Scuba/Snorkeling. Kohl was knowledgeable and safety first. Saw so many fish! The beach by the house has much better sand and surf compared to Dome, Steps, Lighthouse. Very enjoyable and beautiful sunsets. No more big hotels in San Juan. A plus stay. '
