Je hebt de gehele woning helemaal voor jezelf en hoeft dus alleen met je reisgezelschap te delen.

1980 Sherwood Drive Marine Terrace

2 Bedroom 2 Bath. 1 King, 1 Queen bed 1 Murphy bed upstairs. 2 TV's, DVD, wireless internet, electric BBQ on rear deck, gas log fireplace, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, single garage, hot tub. This two story home is very comfortable and has lots of light. It is right across the street from the ocean and not too far from actual ocean access. Has very nice ocean views. You enter from the downstairs and both bedrooms and bathrooms are on this lower level. The upper level is all one large room, consisting of the kitchen, living room and dining area and the murphy bed. There is a deck off the upper floor and a deck/sitting area off of the master bedroom. This home is dog friendly. The hot tub is on the patio off of the master bedroom downstairs. This is in a wonderful location for walking around the neighborhood, and close to the Fiscalini Ranch walking trails.

Great 2 Story House-Four Adults With Nice Ocean Views
In early to mid Sept., four adults (able to go up the staircase) truly enjoyed this small, clean, comfortable, well kept and well-appointed house in a quiet neighborhood. (This would be cramped for more than four.) The houses just across the street are ocean-side. We had a decent view of the sea and sunset from the upstairs family room. There's a washer/dryer on the main floor, also where the two bedrooms/bathrooms are. The garage is narrow, so passengers exited the mid-size SUV before it was driven in. It's a few easy-to-walk blocks from Fiscallini Ranch Reserve, a wonderful place to walk above the sea. It's easy driving distance to many fine places to hike at or near the ocean as well as to restaurants and shops. Moonstone Beach in Cambria is beautiful and great for beach-combing and tide-pooling. Don't miss the elephant seals in the area and sea otters in Moro Bay.

The good: best location beach access and trails. Very quiet. Great neighborhood. The not so: property is in a little need of care, the spa was green and the coffee carafe poor fitting. The shower and shampoo dispenser not refilled.The price was right and overall a good stay.

What a perfect little house with a view of the ocean to celebrate our anniversary. So many windows to see the beautiful scenery. This home had everything you might need for a comfortable stay.

Several items needed maintenance
The upstairs sliding door had problems opening and closing. The Master bath pocket door had problems opening from inside the bathroom. One of the Blue High Patio Chairs seats was broken with a hanging screw. A ceiling lightbulb above the couch in the living room needs to be replaced. The location of the home is absolutely wonderful.

Tradition continued
My daughter and I spent a thanksgiving here, while the rest of the families visited the other family sides. It was traditional for out family ( when my wife was still living) to spend this time in Cambria, as close to Fiscalini Ranch and the coastline as possible. It brought back those sweet memories. It was a joy to wake up to the sound of the surf

Quiet neighborhood. Close to park and ocean.
It was a great location to walk my dog and ride my eBike. I really enjoyed taking my bike from the rental property, through the neighborhood and then the bicycle access road through Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, North to Shamel Park and then Moonstone Beach. I also enjoyed the view from the upstairs livingroom. And they have a telescope that was fun to view the ocean, sealife and sunsets. I even managed to snap a shot of a sunset with my cell while looking through the telescope. FYI: The bedrooms are on the first level. While the location was fantastic for me, my husband would not be able to endure the stairs on this particular rental again. They were a bit too tricky for him and his bad back issues. The stairs do not have treads and one should be mindful to not descend in socks or slippery shoes. Anyway, we had an issue with the coffee maker, but Jone was super sweet to drop off a new one the next day. All in all, it was wonderful. It's Cambria and that's fabulous.

Great Stay
My wife and I had a great stay. We have only two small things that we would suggest for the property. 1. The sliding door to the outside front deck doesn't lock. 2. It would also be nice of the windows had screens. These are two minor things. Overall we loved the property and would love to stay there again.
