THUIS VOLLEDIG REMODEL JANUARI 2019 Gelegen direct aan de overkant van Shamel Park en het zandstrand, zonder huizen of daken om je uitzicht te belemmeren! Dit huis heeft een panoramisch uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit bijna elk raam in het huis, alleen omlijst door Moonstone Beach en Cypress bomen aan de kust van de Stille Oceaan. Dit elegante moderne strandheiligdom is volledig gerenoveerd met geheel nieuwe tegelvloeren, een nieuwe keuken, alle nieuwe baden, verlichting, verf en nog veel meer. De eigentijdse woonkamer met open concept omvat een lichte, luchtige en ontspannen strandgevoeligheid. Luxe comfort en ontwerpkeuzes zorgen ervoor dat u zich meteen thuis voelt, terwijl u tegelijkertijd attent bent op details, sprankelende eenvoud. Bijna al onze gasten zijn terugkerende gasten, die ons vertellen dat Cambria Park Shores hun favoriete thuis is om in Cambria te verblijven. Drink in elke kamer van de spectaculaire zonsondergangen; zie dolfijnen vanuit het comfort van de grote kamer, en dompel jezelf onder in de sereniteit van in slaap gesust te worden door het geluid van de golven. Geniet van gratis high-speed draadloos internet, een mooie gashaard, vier flatscreen-tv's (2 smart), garage voor 2 wagens, wasmachine en droger, houtskool BBQ, magnetron, vaatwasser en ventilator aan het plafond in de grote zaal. Een smal wikkel rond dek aan de voorkant van het huis is geweldig om zonsondergangen over het water te roosteren, of te staren naar het vuurwerk van 4 juli in het park aan de overkant van de straat. Er is ook een knus zitgedeelte naast de grote slaapkamer met een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan. Loop over de straat van het huis naar het strand en Shamel Park. Het park heeft een levendig grasveld met picknicktafels, BBQ's, speelstructuur en een zwembad. Loop slechts een paar blokken naar de schilderachtige kunstenaarskolonie van het centrum van Cambria met zijn overvloedige restaurants, aantrekkelijke boetieks, kunst- en wijngalerieën. We had a wonderful stay at this home! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Main Street and the Moonstone Beach Drive, which made it easy to enjoy restaurants, shops, and the ocean without needing to drive. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we’d happily stay here again

Refreshing views, cozy evenings

All-day views of the green park, beautiful trees, and blue ocean beyond made for a delightful location. The kitchen is made for cooking—if only my home kitchen had so much space and was so well-equipped! Turning in the gas fireplace in the evening made for a warm and inviting living space, and the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were all very comfortable. The dining table fit 6 nicely. Our only suggestion for improvement is to add an easy-chair to the living room so that 6 people can comfortably gather in the evening. Cambria is such a beautiful place—we will be back!

Loved this house, even nicer in person than the pictures showed. Great location across from park and beach. Easy to find and get into town or moonstone stretch. It was nicely furnished, the only thing that would have been nice to have was some more cooking stuff like oil and seasonings. Also note they only have a charcoal grill, no propane but luckily my husband was good with charcoal. Only real negative about this house is that there are no curtains or blinds to block light in the bedrooms, only privacy shades. It was sooo bright before 6am, that was not fun :(

Most impressive was the quality of the amenities. Fully stocked with anything you could possibly want and excellent quality. Clean amd comfortable. We arrived in the middle of an epic rainstorm for this California coast. We noticed that the power had been off and the WiFi and TV had no power restored. SHOUT out to the wonderful handyman who we called at the emergency number when we couldn’t each anyone at the rental office. So sorry to have forgotten his name but he came out to the house on the weekend in rainy weather. We really appreciated his effort! All turned out well.
