The apartment, on two levels, is set within a spacious private garden, which offers tranquillity and privacy. The entrance opens onto a spacious living area, furnished with sofas, dining table and TV. From here you can access an external patio equipped with a dining area and a terrace furnished with sun loungers, perfect for enjoying the extraordinary view over the bay and the crystal-clear sea. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The master bedroom and the bedroom with two single beds are located on the ground floor, whilst the third bedroom is located on the basement floor. The layout of the house is completed by 3 bathrooms, 2 with shower and 1 with bathtub.

A renowned tourist centre, particularly beloved by young people for its lively summer scene, San Teodoro also boasts unmissable coastal gems such as La Cinta, Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Cala Girgolu and Capo Coda Cavallo. The spectacle of San Teodoro's coastline is completed by its lagoon, a stopping point for pink flamingos during migration periods and an ideal location for walks and birdwatching. Known in Gallura as Santu Diàdoru, it also hosts unmissable events such as the patron saint's festival and the one called Lu Fuculoni, during which the population gathers around bonfires in honour of Sant'Antonio Abate.

Furthermore, this area offers a network of nature trails rich in biodiversity, of varying degrees of difficulty for all types of hikers, which offer breathtaking panoramic views.

Also worth discovering is traditional food and wine, in the numerous bars and restaurants and during local festivals. Kid goat with myrtle and Gallurese soup for a land-based dinner, sea urchins, bottarga, mussels and oysters if you prefer to try the fish from the gulf. To accompany it, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG is a must, and to finish, a delicious seada with honey and a glass of artisanal myrtle liqueur.
