Two-room apartment with a veranda, San Teodoro

A cozy two-room apartment equipped with every comfort, featuring a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a hallway with a washing machine, and a spacious covered veranda where you can dine comfortably and relax in the evening after a day at the beach.

There is a caretaker on the premises, and you’ll have access to private parking for your car, motorcycle, or bicycles.

The location is ideal, close to Spiaggia della Cinta, the town center, supermarkets, and restaurants.

The apartment is located on the first floor and features private parking, air conditioning, ceiling fans, mosquito screens, a microwave, a pod coffee machine (Lavazza a Modo Mio), a washing machine, a fridge/freezer, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, an ironing board and iron, a hair dryer, and recycling bins. There is NO WiFi.

The Residence is one of the most popular and well-known in San Teodoro; it also has private water wells, ensuring a constant water supply (a rarity in Sardinia), features well-maintained green spaces and is very quiet.
About 500 meters away is the beautiful La Cinta beach and the entrance to the brand-new marina, from which, among other things, boat excursions depart (e.g., to explore Tavolara and Molara). The town center is also the same distance away, where you’ll find supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants of all kinds, as well as the famous summer evening market. In short, you can forget about the car!
About 1.5 km away is also the Eurospin supermarket with ample parking.

The following facilities are available within the Residence: a tennis court (for a fee; bookable and payable on-site directly to the caretaker), outdoor showers for guests’ exclusive use (free of charge), coin-operated washing machines (tokens available on-site from the caretaker), and a clothesline area equipped with security cameras.

THE FINAL RATE INCLUDES: FINAL CLEANING, CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT WITH STAFF PRESENCE, USE OF AIR CONDITIONING, AND TOURIST TAX.

A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF €100 WILL BE REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL (with a formal receipt issued), WHICH WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT AFTER AN INSPECTION AND THE RETURN OF THE KEYS
