Adorable terraced house in the wonderful town of San Teodoro only 700 metres from the Cinta di San Teodoro.

San Teodoro's most famous beach in one of the most beautiful natural settings in the Mediterranean, reachable on foot from the northern outskirts of the town. The Cinta creates a five-kilometre-long arc of fine white sand dunes that slope gently, free of rocks, into a clear blue sea, perfumed with juniper, sea lily and helichrysum, adorning a landscape that has remained unspoilt despite being very popular. Its seabed is shallow and clear: it is a popular beach for families with children, young people and nature lovers.

La Cinta overlooks, towards the sea, the marine area of Punta Coda Cavallo - Tavolara Island, which rises with its imposing profile almost opposite the bay, and towards the hinterland the lagoon of San Teodoro. Thanks to its environmental variety, it is a shining corner of biodiversity where sea relaxation and a taste for adventure are combined.

The 2-level Adele cottage consists of a large open space with a full kitchen, dining table, sofa and television, independent air conditioning, and 3 bedrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, immersion mixer, pots and pans and crockery.

On the ground floor is a double bedroom with connecting door into the second bedroom with bunk beds. From the twin bedroom there is direct access to the rear garden furnished with table and chairs and barbecue area, outdoor shower.

In the courtyard there is an outside shower which can be used when returning from the beach.

Outside patio with covered veranda at the front of the cottage furnished with table and chairs, and courtyard at the rear of the cottage with barbecue area, table and chairs and sun loungers.

Free street parking is available.

The host is allowed to enter for maintenance of the facilities, subject to prior agreement with the guest.

The number of guests must be communicated at the time of booking, no more guests than those communicated will be accepted
