TRISKELIA apartment located on the first floor with private entrance (61 square meters), in a quiet and peaceful residential complex, with a free reserved parking space and a cozy small terrace, suitable for 1–4 people.
Located on the first floor with private entrance via a staircase: entry opens into the living/dining room, small hallway, bathroom with shower stall and washing machine, bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with a queen-size bed, storage closet, and designer furnishings.
At the top of the entrance staircase, there is a cozy small terrace with a pergola for dining and relaxing.

The apartment is equipped with 2 heat pumps that can be used in both summer and winter to heat the entire apartment, as well as 1 dedicated outdoor parking space (included and free of charge) and free Wi-Fi.

In the apartment, you’ll find:

At check-in, we provide one set of bed linens for each couple and a three-piece bath set for each guest.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, including e-cigarettes or vapes.
The apartment is equipped with a fire alarm, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire blanket, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit.

Guests are responsible for daily trash disposal according to the schedule provided in the apartment (also available in English); we will dispose of any remaining trash at the end of your stay directly at the recycling center.
Please note that there is no agreement between the Municipality of San Vito Lo Capo and the Airbnb platform regarding the administration of the tourist tax; therefore the procedures for collecting and remitting the tourist tax remain the responsibility of the accommodation provider, in accordance with the regulations governing the tax.
