'No security lock on the balcony door. Hotel staff claimed that none of the balconies were lockable as the neighbourhood was very safe? The breakfast was good and staff very friendly and answered all our questions. The king room is quite small , especially the minute bathroom and there is little room for luggage in the room. Location is everything with a great beach one block away from the hotel and beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Recommended, if you pack very light and are not travelling...

'We were waking up at 7:30 am with a terrible noise coming from the AC, they took like an hour to come to the room and stayed in our room fixing the problem like 1 1/2 hrs. We got into the room at 5:00 am and we were trying to have a good rest that we couldn’t because the annoying noise. We complained with front desk and nothing was done. '

'Me pareció terrible! No se hospeden acá. No es un hotel, tienen nula comunicación con el cliente. Hice la reservación, me presenté al hotel, ya había pagado pero no sabían nada de mi reservación, no podían llamar al dueño del apartamento para “no molestarlo”, mi viaje era por trabajo así que necesitaba dejar mis maletas, no me lo permitieron porque los dueños no habían avisado nada. Me tuve que ir con mis maletas a otro lado. Se fueron comunicando conmigo a las 8:30pm !!! Para decirme que ahora...
