'We stayed in the house for a family trip for Memorial Day weekend. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us, with four couches in the living room and several chairs at the dining room table. The kitchen was nice, but could have used a few larger pans (like one to boil pasta noodles). The front porch was wonderful, and we sat out there several times. Overall, it was very clean and comfortable. It was very convenient to the Falls and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. We would definitely stay...

'We enjoy our stay, as we travel with dog sometimes it is hard to find place to stay. This place was perfect for us! Manager was very helpful and kind, due to some unexpected circumstances we had to move our trip for one day, Robert helped me to move it without any issues, really thankful for that!!!!'

'We had a nice stay at this house in Niagara Falls. It is about a 15 minute walk to the falls. The inside of the house was renovated and looked new. We were a party of 11 and there was sufficient space for everyone. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. The house had a nice front porch but it was dusty so we could not make use of that. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay there.'

'The place was perfect and Travis was incredibly helpful. The game we were traveling up to see got delayed, and Travis was very accommodating with allowing us to slightly modify our reservation so we could still make everything work. 'We decided to forgo the crowds at the local hotels to stay here. It's only 10 minutes from UB North and it couldn't have been more convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment has everything you need to stay, we didn't have to bring anything extra. If I had to do it again, I'd stay here.'

'Clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for a Thanksgiving holiday with family. I especially appreciated the minimal cleanup required upon checkout. Obviously we would never leave the place a mess, but it was great to leave the deep cleaning to the cleaning staff so we could get on the road. I'd absolutely rent this home again.'

'Great location if you want want living space. Older house with original hard wood floors and ceramic tile. Owner kinda uptight about wearing shoes inside when flooring is hard and carpet is tattered and is in need of replacement in bedrooms. No blinds in front bedroom so I had to hang a blanket over curtain rods to keep light out. Pillows hard. No bedside table lamp. Overall we made it work. Used washer and dryer and had to negotiate with owner for use of that.'

'This new ans modern hotel/resort feels a bit out if place in an area that has clearly seen better days. It is great though. Very new, nice and comfortable room! Several restsurants that were quite good! We did not use the casinos. On the US side this definitely feels like a top choice to stay compared to the other options that we weve seen! '

"Pluspunten: de prijs, ligging vlak bij de watervallen, parkeren bij het hotel (wel betaald), ruime kamers, zwembad waar de kids veel plezier hebben gehad. Op onze verdieping was het heel rustig, hadden geen geluidsoverlast, ook niet van de straat. Daartegenover staat dat het hotel wat verouderd is, het ontbijt stelde niets voor (komen we vaker tegen in de VS) en was erg ongeorganiseerd, het inchecken duurde lang omdat er maar 1 meisje achter de balie stond die iedereen moest helpen. Ook werden de kamers niet schoongemaakt vanwege covid onder het personeel (stond aangegeven bij de receptie). Ons boeide het niet want we waren er maar 2 nachten maar Covid in augustus ‘23?"
