'Our first time to Beaufort and we stayed at the City Loft Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff and convenient access to our room. The location is spot on if you want to walk the sites of downtown. We'll definitely make this a top stay for us next visit'

'All was good except walls thin heard other tv’s in room connected to us, stomping from people up from us. Noise started like after 10 pm the first day and we reported to staff and they took care of it right away but day 2 noise kept going till after 1 am.'

'The room was clean, beds comfortable, and quiet enough for restful sleep. We did not use the gym or partake in the breakfast but the coffee/drink station in the lobby was well stocked and clean. Definitely will stay again. '

'Front desk did not answer the phone. Pillows thrown at the bottom of the bed- no pillow cases on them. A pair of socks had been left on a shelf. Shampoo and lotion pumps almost empty. No hot water- barely warm in the shower. Of the 3 front desk employees we had contact with, only one was pleasant. Need to get their act together.'

'Thank you Katie and Janell for your willingness to ensure that every guest had a great experience. As for the property it looked very drab and unkept. The indoor pool was not available. There was only one elevator working and it was not in good condition. If the grounds and the amenities matched the level of the staff it would be a great spot to recommend for travelers.'
